A simple listing of achievements and places of work, as a rule, does not yet give a complete presentation of a person. What is it outside of work? What does it do that he is interested in? Therefore, I will add a few more words about myself.

For more than 12 years, the history of cosmonautics has been, and in particular, the aerospace and reusable transport systems have become the main one for me to open a lifestyle (as literature for A.P. Chekhov). Internet portal where you are now located, has existed since 1998. During this time, he generally accepted the most authoritative source of information on space transport systems, periodically confirming these by reviews, reviews corresponding to prizes and titles ("The best site for astronautics", etc.).
Over the past 10 years, on the basis of the materials of the portal and its own archives, I produced 4 editions of the Multimedia Encyclopedia "Buran" (the latest version of V3.50 was released by 3 CDs). At the moment, work is underway on two parallel versions: V 4.0 on DVD-ROM and V5.0 on the Blue-Ray format disk.
I have several dozen publications on the history of astronautics, in economics and efficiency of aerospace systems, cooperating with the magazines "News of Cosmonautics", "Russian Space", "Aviation and Cosmonautics", "Aerospace Furnishing" and others.
He entered the author's team of no analogues in the world of the world piloted cosmonautical encyclopedia, which won in 2005 at the XVII International Book Exhibition-Fair in the National Competition "Book of the Year". Literary Prize named after A. Belleev (May 2006)

In August 2009, my monograph "Space Wings" was published, which was met very benevolently not only readers and critics, but also by the media.

In the conditions of information war and many different, often opposite, versions of the catastrophe on July 17 over the Donbass, can I confidently say today what happened?

By and large now, before independent conclusions of experts, we are not talking about who is to blame for what happened, but about the one who believes in what version. Since Russia is a conflict party, which we officially not recognize any information that comes from us just can be biased, as well as information that expires from the Ukrainian side. If we talk about Boeing-777, then no one can clearly say about what happened. What a missile was broken - it is clear which hit the plane - also understandable. The main intrigue consists of who launched it. There are two sides of the conflict. The first is Kiev, the second - Moscow. Donetsk is not here.

At the same time, it gives reason to say that the earth-air rocket hit the plane?

First, the air-to-air missile, that is, the aircraft is not large, with a limited capacity of warheads. Such a rocket could hardly lead to such destruction of the passenger aircraft that we observe. Judging by the radius of dispelment, the Malaysia Airlines plane collapsed in the air either immediately after the rocket hit, or after a while at the time of the fall. If he just fell compact as South Korean Boeing (Border incident in the USSR airspace, during which September 1, 1983, the SU-15 Soviet fighter was shot down by the Passenger Boeing-747 of the South Korean airline Korean Air Lines - "Glavkom"), it would be one. On behalf of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, he voiced the version, according to which, at the time of the catastrophe near the Malaysian Boeing-777, there was a Ukrainian SU-25, which theoretically might hit the passenger aircraft with a rocket. How believable is such a version?

This is a frivolous position of the Ministry of Defense. First, why the Ukrainian aircraft shot down the plane flying in echelon (on high) 11 thousand meters? I would still believe if some Ukrainian anti-air complexes stood on the border to stop the passage of our helicopters. But here I do not see the principal need to raise Ukrainian aircraft in order to intercept the goal at an altitude of more than 10 thousand meters. After all, these rebels, bandits (as you please call them), in principle there are no aviation. But even if you even imagine that such a need for the Ukrainian army would arise, then Ukraine has an interceptor aircraft, which is "sharpened" to work on air targets, it is SU-27, but not Su-25.

Su-25 is a fighter-attack aircraft that only works "on the ground". First, it is armored. It is precisely because from the Earth on it is shooting with small arms, shells on the battlefield of the electronic air defense. Secondly, he does not have an on-board radar station. She just doesn't need it. He has equipment for target work on the ground. Accordingly, he has a cannon-bearing weapon from Su-27. Bombs, nurses (uncontrollable missile shells), and Ursy. (managed missile shells) Different caliber. Each aircraft has a ceiling - this is the maximum height on which it can fly. And there are workers in which you need to work. The Su-25 attack aircraft can rise by 9-10 thousand meters, then its main working height on which it is optimized, is 3-5 thousand meters.

That is, the accuracy of shooting by 10 thousand meters will be less, and the aircraft simply could not get into the passenger liner?

Of course. On the attack aircraft, instead of bombs, you can hang the air-air rockets. But for this he needs a guidance system. That is, so that the pilot on the attack aircraft shot down this Boeing, he should at least somehow be visually determined. And the rocket that the pilot was going to shoot down the plane, should be with the head of the homing, because after starting the attack aircraft cannot "highlight" (follow its movement - "Commander").

In turn, the interceptor fighter (Su-27 - "Commander") In service there are air-to-air systems of the near, medium, and long-range classes. It has a very powerful onboard radar station that works for the integers in the air. All equipment is configured to capture the targets in the air, and the support of the rocket before entering. The SU-27 interceptor practically does not work "on the ground."

That is, Su-27 might hit an air target without problems. It is created for this. This aircraft has a rocket of medium range, that is, from a distance of 60-80 km. He, roughly speaking, in general there is nothing to do in the Donbas. He could fly in the area of \u200b\u200bKiev and the bubble of this rocket from there. He does not need to fly at a distance of 3-5 km from Boeing-777 (According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - "Commander")to destroy it. In addition, as I said above, the passenger plane was almost completely collapsed in the air, which indicates a launch of a much more powerful rocket than installed on a military aircraft.

If the Ukrainian military there is no need to shoot down the plane, then why such a lie to "substitute" militants or Russia?

The militants were mistaken. They wanted to knock down one goal, and shot down another. You see, Kiev controls the airspace of its country. I mean, first of all, dispatchers. That is, the authorities know that a passenger plane flies on such a height in such a troop. If Kiev begins to "work" at an altitude of 10 thousand meters, he clearly understands that it may accidentally hook a civil plane, and foreign. But the militants do not understand because they do not know which aircraft in the air. The fact that it was "beech", an anti-aircraft missile complex of the Earth-Air class is no doubt, here the complete consent of everyone, including Russia. But the version that the passenger aircraft was shot down by the Su-25 appeared after the accident on the Russian TV channel "Star" (TV channel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - "Commander").

In your opinion, because of what an error occurred, because the "Beech" complex is a high-precision weapon?

There was no error to choose a target, but a target destination error. That is, the rebels were confident that Ukraine now does not fly at low heights (Ukrainian military aircraft - "Commander"), and makes the transfer of troops on the AN-26 transport aircraft flying at an altitude of 5-6 thousand meters and Il-76. The rocket was consciously released into a certain aircraft moving at an altitude of 10 thousand m. The aircraft shot was confident that this is a military transport board that performs the function of the transfer of troops. The system "Beech" cannot detect the national affiliation of the aircraft.

But after all, and with Boeing is not everything clear. Why did he re-off the specified corridor on 14 km?

There are no sanctions, punishment for getting out of the corridor. There are no such obligations in which the plane is obliged to move precisely inside the corridor. The corridor is a certain course at some height. Height is echelon. So, Echelon, in contrast to the corridor, the plane is obliged to withstand hard. The pilot, which is inside the corridor, can deviate from it to the right, or left. For example, he saw a thunderstorm front ahead, or the clouds, so devoted. In order not to shake, he can go to the left slightly, the pilot can independently decide on this. Airplanes, by and large, never fly strictly in a straight line. There are autopilots that ask the direction, and people adjust it. Deviations from the corridor to the right and left pilots do, telling the dispatcher. It is not clear to me why Ukraine has not yet published the recording of conversations with the dispatcher, who led the plane, which gave "good" to such a deviation. All dispatchers and pilots are recorded not only in black boxes, but also from dispatchers.

For a while, Ukraine stated that the tragedy stated that it closes the airspace over the Donbass. Why, despite the ban, the plane still let the territory captured by terrorists?

The closed sky is a ban on flights. Ukraine officially closed the airspace over this territory to a height of 7 thousand meters. Any plane falling into this airspace is a violator. Accordingly, it is possible to take appropriate measures to it, it can be intercepted, delay. Ukraine has believed that the rebels do not have air defense tools that work above indicated height. Accordingly, some airlines stopped flying at all, and some continued, realizing that they go in the allowed zone. This nuances know Ukraine, not the militants in the Donbas. And Donetsk dispatchers, which theoretically, they could tell them, just not with cases, after all, the local airport does not function.

Could pilot passenger liner To theoretically get away from the rocket?

In principle, I could not. The rocket to such a goal from the ground flies 20-30 seconds. She is separated from below. That the pilot could have time, so it's only a chance to notice her, looking at the sideways and down, but he would simply take anything else. In any case, the rocket flies with supersonic speed, and this is a civil plane, which in 5-10 seconds could not do anything. Maximum, the pilot would have done to scream.

The super-constipatory version that the missile released on the Malaysian Boeing-777 was intended for board No. 1 Vladimir Putin, who allegedly flown to the tragedy over the region of combat operations in the Donbas, ridiculed on the Internet. Do you also consider this version absurd?

When we had the inauguration of Putin, they (Russian authorities - "Commander") I dismissed all Moscow. I emerge from the fact that Putin will never fly even on cosmic height over the fighting area. This is in principle impossible. Putin is now flying out Ukraine in the area of \u200b\u200bthe North Pole because he is a coward.

Another, no less fantastic version lies in the fact that the Boeing-777 fallen in the Donbas could be a plane disappeared on March 7 of this year. Then the plane is the same model, as belonging to Malaysia Airlines flew from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and disappeared. There were "brave" claiming that, they say, that aircraft stole and now used to organize this tragedy now.
