How I spent my summer holidays 5. An essay on how I spent my summer

Here come the summer days! The school year has begun, and we returned to school full of energy. Now we are no longer elementary school students, and everything is different with us.

Summer started off a bit sad for me. We said goodbye to our beloved teacher Anna Mikhailovna and to our home office. Many girls were crying, and I could hardly hold back my tears.

But soon the sadness went away, and it became really fun.
As usual, I was sent to my grandparents in Belozersk. This is very small city- much smaller than Moscow, and I managed to take a break from the noise, cars and people.
My grandfather works in a veterinary hospital - he treats animals. One day he took me with him. I spent the whole day in the hospital, saw many unfortunate animals. Some meowed loudly or barked in pain, while others were patiently silent. I felt very sorry for them. But grandfather is the best doctor. He performed operations on dogs and cats, gave them pills and even put them on drips. After that, the animals got better. I even thought they were smiling. And the dogs wagged their tails as if they wanted to say “thank you” to grandfather.

I really liked my grandfather's hospital, and the next morning I asked to be taken there again. Then I went with my grandfather almost every day and even helped him a little. I used to want to be a businessman when I grew up, but now I definitely decided that I would be a veterinarian. Money is not the most important thing in life, but I feel sorry for the animals. And I will help them like a grandfather.

For two whole months I lived in Belozersk! I miss my mom and dad terribly. When they came for me, we hugged and kissed for an hour.

I did not stay at home in Moscow for long. Just a few days. And then my parents and I went on a long journey - to Lake Baikal. What a beauty there! For three weeks we sunbathed and admired nature. And we didn't swim much, because the water in the lake is cool. I really enjoyed boating with my dad. You could see the fish swimming under the water. Here is one in Baikal pure water!material from the site

We returned home on August 26th. It was necessary to prepare for school: to buy clothes, notebooks, pens, colored paper, paints, pencils and other items. My mom and I went shopping all day.

This summer has been special for me. 'Cause I chose future profession and saw true beauty. Every evening I remember those dogs and cats that I met in Belozersk. Some of them even dream of me sometimes. And I also look at photos from our trip to Baikal. Would like to be there again.
I wish there were more holidays like this year!

In July, I spent time with my comrades in the yard. One day it rained heavily, many branches fell. Then my friends and I built a house out of twigs, where we had fun. Together we went to a picnic, played football, volleyball and organized competitions.

In August, I went to the village to visit my grandparents for two weeks. There I learned how to milk a cow, take care of chickens and ducklings. And the most memorable was fishing. Summer holidays of all school holidays I like them the most because they are the longest and fall during the hottest period. Summer is one of the most best seasons year, which provides many options for spending time. You can walk all day on the street, and not sit at home. Go to the sea, lake, river. Enjoying the nature.

I like to go out into the forest plantation in the summer and admire the surrounding vegetation. All the trees around are green, wild flowers grow under them. They are just beginning to bloom and bloom. From the subjects of biology, I learned several wild useful flowers - this is yarrow, chamomile, which many people know. Many more other colors. There are especially many fir trees in our forest plantation, under which a lot of old cones and old needles have fallen after last winter.

I also like summer holidays, because the sun rises early and sets late. The days are very long and the nights are warm. You can go outside in the evening and watch the sunset. After the sun has set, it is nice to sit or walk around the street, enjoying the warm air, listen to the crickets and admire the night starry sky.

During the summer holidays, you can play various sports games: football, volleyball. You can just walk and admire the beauty of summer, how trees and flowers bloom. In summer, many people go to the sea, the river, swim, sunbathe, have fun.

Composition "My summer holidays" Grade 5

Summer holidays are three wonderful months that you can spend as you like. You can meet friends as much as you want, read any books, travel or visit your grandparents and get to know the children who live there. Summer holidays mean that you can sleep as long as you want, and then as much as you want to kick the ball in the yard or sew clothes for dolls, sitting with your girlfriends on a spread out blanket in the yard. Also, you can eat ice cream every day.

In the summer I always have a great mood. It’s not that I have it bad at other times of the year, but the fact that I don’t have to wake up early and go to school and spend hours doing homework makes me very happy. You can do anything all day long, wake up whenever you want, and just have fun with friends.

In the summer I do everything that I don’t have time to do on school days. I play soccer with my friends, spend more time with my parents, meet my classmates, sleep long hours and eat a lot of ice cream. I also like that summer is the season of ripe fruits and vegetables. We have a cottage outside the city. And in the summer I often go there with my parents. Dad tells me a lot of interesting things about plants so that later I can grow them myself.

Nature gives us its fruits in summer. I like to walk in the summer forest with my school friends or with my parents. We often go to the river, sometimes dad takes me fishing with him, I even managed to catch a pike once. True, I hardly kept her on the bait, it’s good that dad was nearby and immediately snatched the bait out of my hands.

This year we went to the sea with the whole family. There I got incredible impressions, from morning till evening I swam, played beach games, sang different songs and sunbathed. Summer is my favorite time of the year. I'm always sad when it ends. Again, you need to go to school every day, resting only on short weekends, doing homework. But still, I understand that it is necessary to study, because our future life depends on it.

Perhaps summer is the most favorite time of the year for schoolchildren, because it's time for the holidays. We study for nine months in order to enjoy the beautiful weather and rest from classes in the summer. This summer has been special for me.

In June, I went to my grandmother's dacha. My grandmother is in the country almost all year round. It is easy to get there even in winter, and she does not miss such a chance. Probably, like most grandmothers, she loves to plant a variety of plants and grow flowers. I went to my grandmother with my brother, so I didn’t have to be bored. Fortunately, throughout June the weather was sunny and not at all rainy. In the morning we went on bicycles to the grocery store. Grandma delighted us with various delicious breakfasts: she bakes pancakes or pancakes, then buns or croissants with ham and cheese, sometimes just scrambled eggs, but insanely delicious, with tomatoes and fresh herbs. In general, in one month at the dacha, my brother and I recovered two kilograms each. During the day we went to the river to sunbathe and swim, and in the evening we sat down with my grandmother to watch the news and some movie on TV. I liked to sit on the porch with my brother at sunset with a cup of strawberry tea and talk. These moments of unity with family and nature mean a lot to me.

In July, our parents decided to surprise us and told us that we were going on a trip to Italy! We couldn't believe our ears! The vacation was planned for two weeks, mom and dad rented a house on the seashore. We went on many excursions and swam in the sea. To be honest, it was difficult for me and my brother to catch everything that the guide told, so the parents simply explained to us briefly what was in front of us and why it was an attraction. We were told about the Arch of Constantine, the Borghese Gallery, the Vatican Museum Complex and many others historical sites. We took a lot of photos, and when we arrived home, my mother arranged them in a separate beautiful album. Before leaving home, the whole family wandered around the shops in search of gifts for relatives and friends. This trip was very memorable for me, because it was my first vacation abroad!

I spent the whole of August in the city. Since most of my friends and classmates, if they went somewhere for the holidays, returned home in August, so we spent time together. This summer, there were premieres of many films, so in a month I managed to go to the cinema as many as four times. Every weekend in the park there were all sorts of events for children and adults, my parents and I liked it. There are many interactive platforms, they conduct various master classes, both for adults and children. On August 12, my friend Dima and I also went to an amusement park. I will never forget this day! It was very fun and scary at the same time. At the end of August, I was getting ready for school: buying textbooks, clothes and school supplies.

This summer has been a very busy one for me. I hardly sat at home and barely found time for the works that we were asked to read during the holidays. I am grateful to my parents and friends, because without them my holidays would not have been so wonderful.

Summer holidays this year turned out to be interesting and memorable for me. Every day was filled with events. Which one to start with?

At the beginning of summer, my classmates and I went to a summer labor camp. I had to work hard: weed the field from weeds, plant seedlings, clean up dead wood in the forest. But the main thing for me was the time free from work. We played a lot of sports games, competed in various sports, held various competitions. I liked to come up with and organize competitive programs - I was good at it, and the guys began to ask me to do it. The evenings usually ended with discos, which everyone also liked. We became friends, got to know each other better than at school.

When I returned home after the camp, my parents started their vacation, and we went to rest in the Crimea, in Feodosia. rocky beaches, remarkably gentle sea, numerous excursions - I really liked all this. Mom and dad let me scuba dive. And I got the opportunity to study the life of the seabed. And we also visited the water park, rode a catamaran, took walks on a boat, rode horses. Holidays at sea brought an unforgettable experience!

Upon my return from the Crimea, I went to visit my grandparents. This is not the first time I visit them in the summer, and I have many friends in the village. We swam and fished all day long, in the evenings we gathered in large cheerful companies. Now, when everyone has gone home, friends call, write messages - we agree on new meetings.

Summer holidays, although the longest in duration, fly by surprisingly quickly. Now the school year has just begun, but I'm already looking forward to new holidays, new experiences, new friends, travel, classes.

The last bell of this school year rang. Grades were put in the diaries, and the summer welcomed me with the onset of the holidays. I spent the first month of summer in the city, with friends. We played in the yard from morning to evening, and only in bad weather we gathered at someone's house to play on the computer or in any other games available at home.

Then I went to rest in a children's camp. I quickly became friends with the guys from my squad. We also became friends very quickly with the counselors, they came up with various tasks and entertainment for us. Every day interesting events took place in the camp: the Zarnitsa military game, the manager's day, Neptune's day, as well as many, many concerts and competitions. I came back from the camp rested and even a little fat.

After resting in the camp, I went to the village to my grandmother, where my cousin was already waiting for me. How long have I dreamed of this meeting! me and my brother best friends, but since we live in different cities We can only see each other during the holidays.

Of all the summer activities, my grandmother's vacation was my favorite. Every day we come up with new games and entertainment. We played baseball by our own rules, using homemade bats and a tennis ball, built huts, played war, in the woods, and even managed to make a real raft that could float on the local lake, safely supporting the weight of me and my brother.

After all the summer adventures, it was nice to be home again. A few days were just enough to move on to a quiet city life. And there, the first of September crept up unnoticed as always, and here I am again at school.

Summer holidays always bring pleasant impressions. Lessons, school bells and breaks were left behind, and ahead was the expectation of something good.

Together with my sister we take care of our vegetables. Dill, parsley, sorrel and radish grow on our green garden. We are happy to water and weed our green garden. And it’s very nice to hear the following words from mom at dinner: “What an amazingly tasty salad turned out from your vegetables! What a smart girl you are, my girls!”.

In the summer, there is enough time: you can take a walk with your girlfriends, go on a visit, and play different games. But most of all I expected a trip to the sea with my parents. I finally learned to swim this summer and very happy about it.

I really like the sea. It is so deep and wide, and so mysterious that sometimes it even frightens with its unpredictability. The sea is both near and far, warm and cool. And how nice it is to plunge into fresh cool water on a hot summer day! And swim, dive, splash!

Upon arrival home, I laid out sea shells on the table and, putting them to my ear, distinguished the sound of the surf. You can even feel the power sea wave, which flies, and, falling on a stone, throws a lot of bright salty splashes in my face.

The summer flew by quickly, but this is not bad, because I saw my classmates, shared my summer impressions with all my friends and girlfriends.

I think that next summer I will say with complete confidence: “Hello! Come and let's relax and have fun together! After all, we deserve it!”
