As part of the commercial part, a multifunctional complex with an area of ​​30 thousand square meters will be erected. m with underground parking.

The area around the TPU will be landscaped and a new city square will be laid out.

TPU "Rasskazovka"

On the basis of the Michurinets station of the Kyiv direction of the Moscow Railway, a transport interchange hub will appear that will connect it with the Rasskazovka metro station of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya line.

The technological part of the hub, that is, passenger embarkation and disembarkation platforms and transitions between stops of various types of transport, is planned to be commissioned at the end of this year - simultaneously with the completion of the construction of the metro station.

More than 297,000 sq. m. will be built in the commercial part of the TPU. m of real estate, including about 220 thousand "squares" of housing, a kindergarten and a school. This part of the node will be built by the investor.

At the entrances to the metro and near public transport stops, it is also planned to build shopping complex with an area of ​​about 25 thousand square meters. m.
