The reservoir is a part of the Klyazminskoye reservoir located in the Moscow region. The average water depth is 5-8 meters. Unfortunately, only a part of the sandy coast (Pirogovsky beach) is landscaped here, but this does not interfere with the beauty of these places - you can walk a couple of kilometers and find yourself on the other side of the reservoir: there are fewer people and the water is deeper ...

The number of various fish that live here testifies to the purity of the water; swimming here is not only possible, but necessary! The coast is rather uneven, so it can be difficult to set up a tent, and there are usually a lot of people here. But you can fish, fry it over the fire and sing songs with a guitar. There are also barges floating here, and watching them is a real pleasure.

You can get there by car, but it is better to do it before the weekend, otherwise there is a risk of getting stuck in a traffic jam for half a day. The commuter train is easier - from the Yaroslavl railway station all suburban trains pass the Mytishchi station. There you need to get off and change to a bus or a minibus that goes to the Pirogovo station. You can also get there from the Medvedkovo metro station directly.

Lake Senezh

Lake Senezh is located near Solnechnogorsk. The water there is often warm, because the lake is shallow and heats up quickly. There are no amenities here, as well as parking and cafes, but the water is clean and there is no garbage on the shore. There are two beaches around the lake, which are at some distance from each other. Here you can fish, take sunbathing and enjoy summer days by the water.

It is easy to get to the lake: from the Leningradsky railway station to the Podsolnechnaya station, by bus # 440 from the Voykovskaya metro station to Solnechnogorsk or from the Yugo-Zapadnaya, Salaryevo and Rumyantsevo metro stations. In the beginning it is worth mentioning the weather. Going too early to the beach in the Moscow Region can be hazardous to your health. How to determine where you can swim

On which of the beaches of the Moscow region you can swim is determined by the Rospotrebnadzor commission together with the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergencies, on the basis of an annual survey of the bottom and coastal area. Bathing spots are checked twice in summer: in April, as soon as the ice melts, and at the end of May, before the start of the bathing season.

Beaches in Myakininskaya Poima, Zhivopisnaya Bay
