So it seems like the guy is not bad, but on the way back he went out to the floor of the road again without even saying goodbye! In the transfer, he handed out local SIM cards. Put your friends at once and check their performance, otherwise my friends threw 250 baht on her and she doesn’t plow, the hotel guide Katya about which further a separate conversation simply advised to go to the local operator and resolve this issue on your own 😔 Check in at the hotel: Yes, immediately upon check-in take a deposit of $ 50 or 1000 baht. Spacious large room with a large refrigerator, balcony, pool view, etc. But the rooms with a view of the other 3 sides are not very good to say the least, so if possible, ask to change the room with a view of the pool, if there are any. My friends did just that. On cleaning the rooms: towels, water, hygiene products and bed linen were changed every day, but they did not indulge in clean wet cleaning. We tried, as they say, to thank the staff with a big Alyonka chocolate, but you still have everything as before. Probably they like money more. By the way, it is customary to give at least 50 baht for tea in Phuket. Therefore, it is nice to get a dollar or 2, of course, but it will not work to exchange at a favorable rate. Location of the hotel: located on the 3rd line and to the beach in a straight line for 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, if you go through shops, massage parlors, makashnitsy then 15-20 minutes. Choose just what is beneficial for you or on the recommendation of friends. I'll tell you just an egregious case of our hotel guide, Katya, as she introduced herself. If you work for a company, let's say Tui, then you should dress accordingly in clothes with her logo as they came to our hotel from Pegasus, Coral Travel, etc. This "Guide" seemed to have come to Thailand to work. I came to the hotel not with the company logo, not in uniform and began to talk about general points: luggage, check-out time and even about all the garbage just needed for a person who arrived abroad for the first time without first giving out his contact number if something happens! And here at the end the fun begins! Namely, the stable vparivanie excursions. Earlier, when we were driving from the airport, we were handed out such envelopes in which there was a description of excursions on several sheets, but without price tags on them (it’s strange, isn’t it true) And now the "Guide" Katya, announcing the prices for some of them, starts to offer them to us! Her words: "I give you 30 minutes! To think about what kind of excursion to buy from me, then I have another meeting with tourists, then I will not have time to come to you because I work all over the island! Finally, she is she gave her phones for communication and sent us to think for 30 minutes, it's just horrible !!! Since I don't like to have a dialogue with me in this tone, I immediately with my wife decided to abandon the annoying guide! But since she had to provide a hotel -a voucher with my contacts had to go to her again ... And then it started! Why didn't we book excursions for ourselves, do you think it's cheaper on the street, and so on and so forth ... At the end of the dialogue that grew almost into psychosis on her part said “And don’t call me again !!!” Is this generally normal for the meeting party ?! In short, on the 2nd day of rest, the mood has already been spoiled, as if I owe her money and don’t give her money! By the way, the internet is full of companies selling excursions. one hundred introduced a rating and reviews on travel agencies selling these products and found a good company and an excellent adequate manager and bought excellent excursions! !! Nice hotel in PatongLarge hotel with pool and parking. We were given a room on the 4th floor, there were almost no mosquitoes. Huge comfortable bed, TV (watching your flash drive), the room is very spacious, this is a rarity for Thailand, and for hotels in general. Refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, safe. Every day they give 2 bottles of water and tea-coffee, a standard shower set. The only negative is that sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The beach is close, you need to leave the hotel and go right through the alley, then straight ahead and here it is the sea. By the way, this part of Patong is much cleaner, the closer to Bangla Road, the dirtier the sea. I really liked the hotel, I would love to come again.

Sumptuously Lived at the hotel from 01 to 13 November 2018. Everything is great. Quiet, the beach is not far (10 minutes straight along the quiet streets). Clean, cleaned every day, linen changed, plumbing is good and comfortable. The room is large 42m2, a view from the balcony to the mountains. Refrigerator, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar, cream ... refilled every day). Breakfast is standard, I liked it (it was once). The staff is respectful. The pool is good, it is convenient to swim in it, you can also swim up to the bar, there is a hydromassage. WiFi works great throughout the hotel, I took my laptop with me, I watched it online without any problems. Only positive emotions remained from the hotel. At first I booked from 01 to 06 November, but I liked it so much (from kindness, kindness ....) that I extended it until November 13th. At that time, price-quality was the best in Patong. I walked to the center, also about 10 minutes. Near the hotel there is a market (food, clothes, buffet with self-cooking, etc.), in the evening they perform live on stage (train?)).

Even if there is one person in the room with a paid double, they are not allowed into the room. Or they are allowed for an additional fee. The only advantage is the size of the room. Just yesterday we flew in from the Baumann Residence, and while my impressions are fresh, I want to share them. We rested at the hotel together with my husband. Upon arrival at the hotel, while the paperwork was being filled out, we were offered refreshments, which was very handy in this heat. After filling out the documents, they took a deposit of 1000 baht from us. We checked into the room literally 15 minutes later, we didn't have to wait for the set hour to check in. When ordering a hotel, our tour operator wrote to give them a room with two beds, but they gave one, to our request to change to another room, they said that at the moment there were no such rooms, we had to put up with it. The room is large, consists of a kitchenette, a small living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, there is a good plasma TV and a large refrigerator. The furniture is rather shabby. I would also like to dwell on the cleaning of the room. The room is cleaned mediocre, the balcony is often not cleaned at all, and a huge number of ants are crawling there, but they take tips seriously. If you don’t leave a tip, then you will be educated, i.e. by your arrival, the room will not be removed yet. Or they will hang torn towels, like us, with a huge hole. Before hanging towels, they should check them, and not hang leaky ones. Towels are very worn out, gray in color, when they were probably white. We, to be honest, did not leave a tip every day, and not because it was a pity, it was just that sometimes it was not small money ... Once they came from the beach, and the room had not yet been cleaned, the cleaning lady, seeing us, quickly rushed to clean up, at this time we stood and waited in the corridor. At some point we heard the sound of a broken glass, I told my husband that this glass would definitely be attributed to us. My husband said that this should not be, it was not we who broke him. The next day, we generally had to wait until 4 pm for cleaning. and cleaned the room only after we contacted the reception. Now about nutrition. The food is very meager and monotonous, of course you will not stay hungry, but you will know the menu by heart, by the end of the rest you don't even want to look at this food, let alone eat. But most of all, as already mentioned in previous reviews, the Chinese were annoying, there are simply a huge number of them, every day they were brought and taken away by 8-10 buses. They are very noisy, they scream like crazy all the time, carry suitcases with them everywhere, you can't get through in the dining room. They are completely ill-mannered, they swoop down on food like locusts, sweeping away everything. In the morning, you can hardly find free tables. They eat disgustingly, spit food back into the plates, chomp all over the dining room, i.e. appetite disappears completely. There was a moment when we were sitting, having breakfast, a bunch of Chinese people at the table next to us, one of the Chinese women, having drunk her juice, got up and put her dirty glass on our table. For a minute we sat in silence, then my husband took this glass and returned it back, here already the Chinese woman had a surprised face. So we barely endured the Chinese in such numbers. The contingent of vacationers there is distributed approximately as follows: 70% are Chinese, 25% are Russians, and somewhere around 5% others. There was, however, one pleasant moment. My husband had his birthday and was very well congratulated. The girl brought a beautiful cake with candles and a fruit basket, it was really very nice. Near the hotel there is a rental of motorbikes, who is interested, which is very convenient, you can rent and leave in the parking lot at the hotel. We took a motorbike for 10 days for 1,700 baht, left a deposit of 1,000 baht and a copy of the passport. The Wi-Fi in the hotel works mediocre, that is, it does not, it resets, it works perfectly, it is difficult to say what it depends on. I will not describe the rest further, because I write specifically about the hotel. Before departure, we decided to check if we shouldn't be in the hotel, the girl at the reception looked up and said that everything was fine. We ordered a taxi from the hotel, it costs not cheap 900 baht., But we decided that we were leaving anyway and that 1000 baht deposit could be spent on a taxi, and the next day, when we rented out the room, we were told that we owe the hotel for a broken glass 100 baht. It was useless to argue, because they do not understand Russian at all, but with difficulty in English. But the unpleasant residue remained, this act crossed out all that little of the positive that still remained. IN this hotel we will definitely not go again. It seems that they are doing everything there so as not to return the deposit, it is also good that they did not have to pay for all the broken glasses.
