There are 4-5 pools on the territory of the hotel, I don’t know the exact number, because. we did not swim in them, there are umbrellas and sun loungers for relaxation. There is a jacuzzi, there is a children's pool. For children: a playroom, a sandbox, a swimming pool, my son liked to work out in the gym. The hotel provides beach towels, you can change them at least every day. There are also several bars where you can have a bite: drinks, fruits, burgers, pasta. The hotel has 5 buildings, we lived in the 4th building. The room is large and spacious, there is a mini-bar (paid), a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle plus tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar for free). In the bathroom there are 2 glass bottles of 0.5 l with clean drinking water that change every day. Bottles do not need to be thrown away after you drink water from them. There is a hairdryer, TV, large double bed, air conditioning. There are hangers, umbrellas, slates in the closet and there is also a safe. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton pads, shower cap are reported every day. The rooms were cleaned for 5 +. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to leave a deposit of $ 100. When leaving the hotel, they will be returned to you, provided that you do not use their mini-bar, do not break or lose anything))). If you suddenly leave a towel somewhere, then they have golden ones, a fine of $ 100. But it’s very good that our tour agent Dmitry Kukin warned us about all the little things in advance, from whom we bought the tour. It was the first time we contacted him, but we were very satisfied with the service. You can find it very simply, by name and surname in the search for friends on the VKontakte social network. It took about twenty minutes to choose a hotel. Gave a lot of recommendations at the expense of which we saved a lot. The food is good, everything is fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the taste of tea and coffee. For breakfast you can choose eggs (hard boiled, fried 2 types, scrambled eggs with ham, onions and tomatoes). Yoghurt 2 types, flakes 4 types, nuts, seeds, banana chips. Rice is simple, with vegetables, potatoes, baked vegetables. Noodles with vegetables, soups. Chicken sausages, ham, bacon, cheese. Fruits: bananas, watermelon, pineapple, papaya. Bread for toast, loaf, gray bread with raisins and seeds. From pastries there were pancakes, croissants, small buns with raisins or cream. Butter, jam, honey. I want to immediately draw your attention to the fact that if you arrive early in the morning, then breakfast is not included that day. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, and not always with a good speed, they bought internet for 89 baht for a week. To Kata beach on foot 7-10 minutes, from the hotel to the left and to a large crossroads with elephants and to the right. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to Karon Beach, from the hotel to the right and everything is straight. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Kata Noi beach, but the road is not convenient, it is better to take a taxi. This is the cleanest and less crowded beach, the entry into the sea is more gentle. Near the hotel there are several exchange offices, cafes, shops. I did massage 3 times in different places, including in the hotel itself, I didn’t like it, pure stroking. I can definitely recommend the hotel, you will not regret it, we were all satisfied with the rest and service.

The price is 3 times more expensive than in the store ... There will be 2 glass bottles of water in the room and you can only drink this for free, but don’t throw away the bottles (otherwise you will pay 10 times more expensive) they will be taken away and exchanged for full ones with water. The breakfast is good and there is always enough for everyone. Mango fruits, pineapples, watermelon, bananas, rice porridges, various boiled pasta and pasta with seafood, 2 types of soups, croutons, toasters, butter, 3 types of sauces, salads, red cabbage, white cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, yogurts , maybe even forgot ... In general, there are no problems with food, but these are only breakfasts. Cleaned every day in the room and even without a tip. Changed towels and bed linen. The hotel itself is not new but well looked after. The pools were clean and cleaned every day. I advise you to take mosquitoes with you on vacation, in the evening there are a lot of them near the pools. We went on excursions and enjoyed it very much.

There are a lot of shops and restaurants outside the territory, I advise you to eat at the Sunflower restaurant, it is 300 meters from the hotel to the left, there is a Russian menu and it is very tasty and the prices are reasonable. Within 15 days it rained only 2 times. The course baht 1 - 2 rubles. I can say that we went not cheap and spent $1,000. and + Russian rubles. We went by tuktuk 400-500 baht. The room is spacious for three, there was enough space for things. Sometimes there is a possibility that dampness will be present in such rooms, but in this hotel it was not felt. Great bathroom with a shower and a bathtub itself, so that it would be convenient to bathe the child. By the way, you don’t need to bring shampoos and stuff with you, everything is in the rooms, at least in ours they always were. If we talk about hotel service, it is also on top. The hotel has a shuttle bass to the beach for free from 10.30 to 14.00, we went only a couple of times, mostly we walked, it was nice to take a walk. Walk for a maximum of 15 minutes slowly with the child. This is before Kata. You can walk or drive to Kata-noi, I highly recommend it. The beach is gorgeous, not big, the sand is white, and there are almost no people. Sam Kata for children's recreation the very thing. The entrance to the water is gentle, the child swims perfectly. The hotel also has entertainment for children. A good kids club, and even films with cartoons under open sky in the evenings, it was not boring. I advise you to take only breakfast at the hotel, because all establishments open around 11, you don’t have to eat before, but dinner and lunch at the hotel itself is more expensive, better in a cafe. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice of dishes is good and everything is always fresh, it is not difficult to have breakfast with a child. I can safely recommend the hotel for any vacation, there is a place and the location of the hotel is excellent, we were very satisfied.

The choice of various cafes and restaurants is very large. Where it is more expensive where it is cheaper, but especially in terms of prices it does not differ very much. Again, depending on what to eat and of course between the restaurant and the cafe, the price will also be very different. Sometimes we buy food from macaques, there have never been any consequences. Yes, and have not heard of this. Food at the hotel is adapted to Europeans less spicy dishes than in some cafes on the street. A fairly large variety and even the options for dishes change, although not much. This is certainly not a breakfast in the Turkish four, but still not bad. Another plus is that there are two swimming pools and a lot of greenery on the territory. One of the pools even has a jacuzzi. And the pools are clean, you can’t hear the bleach, maybe some other cleaning agent is used. The hotel even has a small gym, everything is in working order but far from new. In the evenings, a movie is played on a projector for guests, in general, excellent conditions for the money. For the first time we bought a tour from a tour agent and not directly from the operator and it turned out cheaper. Another distinctive advantage of this hotel is that you can rent a bike right at the hotel and parking is free. And right next to the hotel there are tuk tuks. The only drawback is a deposit of one hundred dollars is taken upon arrival, everything is returned to the penny or can be spent at the hotel. Well, another plus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and even so, some employees understand our language. All in all, I highly recommend and give it 5 stars!

For example, drinks by the pool from the bar carried five minutes. Although there were no delays in the restaurant. The Internet is only in the lobby on the territory and in the rooms does not catch, but it is free in the lobby. It's nice that in the evenings they play cartoons for children and films for adults. You get some variety in your vacation. Also, swimming in the pool is not prohibited even at night. The territory is very clean and all the greenery is well-groomed. And the location of the entire infrastructure of the hotel is quite well thought out. In addition, the hotel is well located. To the sea if you walk it is about ten minutes. If you don’t want to take a walk, then there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach. They start driving after nine in the morning. On the way to the sea, there are plenty of places to eat, buy fruits, etc. We liked two cafes, this is Veranda and I still don’t remember the name in the corner. At the hotel, we had breakfast included, but there is a rather modest choice for a week, nothing really changes. In general, we don’t normally do such breakfasts at home) But as for a hotel, we expected more choice. But buying a tour at a cost, they went out for free. Since for some reason, if you take it without them, it came out more expensive. We also thank all the staff of the hotel. Very nice people. The peculiarity of this hotel is a separate entrance from the street to each room. The unusual layout predetermines some privacy, and you will surely appreciate it.

The hotel offers different types of food. However, you can limit yourself to breakfast alone, especially since there are a huge number of restaurants and cafes around. It is about half a kilometer to Kata beach, a little further to Karon. But on the territory there are swimming pools for children and adults, as well as an open-air jacuzzi. So if you want to freshen up, go to the sea is not necessary!

The hotel is located in the southwestern part of the island, a 45-minute drive from Phuket Airport and about 500 meters from Kata Beach.
Opened in 2003/2012, last renovated in 2018.

The hotel consists of three buildings with 330 rooms.
The following categories of rooms are offered for accommodation:

- Splendid Suite(about 88 sq.m, bedroom and living room, kitchenette, Jacuzzi bath)
- Sea Breeze Bunks(44 sq.m, pool view, rooms with bunk beds, max. 2 adults + 2 children)

Great place to stay on Kata beach.
FLIGHT
We were traveling with a 9 year old child. Round trip by Rossiya airline on Boeing-747-400. Everything is right on schedule. Very decent food. Twice per flight hot. Complimentary drinks: water, cola, orange juice. No travel kits (eye masks, slippers/socks, pillows). Online registration available both in Moscow and Phuket.

HOTEL
SETTLEMENT
The reception staff speaks good English. I did not see the Russian hotel representative upon arrival (however, I did not meet him even once during the whole period). We arrived around 2:30 pm. Done right away and quickly. Deposit 100$. Upon departure, they returned it exactly in those banknotes that they took away (they are stored in your personal file). Delivered the suitcases to the room. The reception is quite spacious, lots of sofas. There is a complimentary lemonade that was refilled daily with a variety of iced teas made from local flowers. There are luggage scales. There is an ATM in the lobby, we didn't use it.

On the eve of arrival, I wrote to the hotel with a wish to settle us in building No. 5. This is a distant building, the newest and quietest. I was told that the hotel is full, but they will note my request, and upon check-in they will try to resolve the issue as much as possible. Upon check-in, we were given a room in the fifth building No. 5511 without a reminder.

THE INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. Attached is a photo with wiring diagram. We did not use it, but people were constantly present in the lobby, buried in their phones. Upon arrival, representatives of the tour operator issued local SIM cards. The cards initially have a non-zero balance. You can talk with Russia for about three minutes and, in addition, during the day of arrival, free Internet traffic in instant messengers.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we replenished the balance at 7-eleven, choosing the most capacious tariff in terms of volume: 550 baht for 15 days, which includes 8Gb of very fast internet and 50 baht for calls. In case of overexpenditure of traffic, the Internet is not turned off, but the speed limit begins to operate. The Internet can be distributed to other devices without restrictions.

All the establishments we visited had free Wi-Fi.

ROOM
The room is spacious and bright. Furniture, decoration, plumbing fresh and in good condition.
In the room: individual air conditioning, free safe, kettle, refrigerator, telephone, TV with one Russian channel (Russia), two pairs of slates, two umbrellas, an ashtray on the balcony (no smoking in the rooms), glass glasses, mugs, teaspoons.

The key to the lock is on one sealed ring with the key to the air conditioner. Our ring was detachable. It was convenient to leave the child to sleep in an air-conditioned room early in the morning while we went to the sea before breakfast.

What came in handy from what we took with us from home: a normal knife, a couple of spoons and forks, a cutting board, several plastic plates - it was nice to cut fruit, arrange it like a human.

ROOM SERVICE
Cleaning daily, normal (no fanaticism, but no complaints). Daily replacement of shampoos/gels, provision of 0.5 liters of water in glass bottles per person. Towels (shower and beach) are changed if they are placed on the floor. Bed linen is changed if a special green sign is placed on the bed (in different languages ​​it says a request to change bed linen). Also, complement tea, coffee, sugar, dry wipes.

Fines are provided for damaged furniture, broken/stolen dishes. The child pushed at night from the nightstand and broke the glass. A day later they brought to the room a receipt for payment of 100 baht. We went to the reception, paid in advance, so that later they would not deduct from the deposit.

TERRITORY
The territory is elongated, limited at the edges by buildings. Very spacious, cozy, green, well-groomed. Everything is thought out. Several bars, swimming pools in excess, plenty of sunbeds, toilets, showers in different places. There are many beautiful figurines and corners on the territory where you can make good photos(Scheme of the territory is in the photo).

There were no mosquitoes/mosquitoes. They took a fumigator - it was not useful. Perhaps just lucky.

VIEW FROM THE BALCONY
The balconies are located with views inside the hotel. There is no sea view anywhere, but some buildings offer beautiful view on the mountains, the Big Buddha.

FOOD
Main meals in the main (and only) restaurant. The area is large according to the open-air type, divided into several zones (furniture of different sizes and styles and different decorations). There is a completely open veranda. Breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30. If you linger, no one will be impatient.

Containers with food and fruits replenish without delay. I was especially pleased that they do this until the very end of breakfast. Dishes and cutlery are of good quality, clean and plentiful. Tables are cleaned slowly, but there are places at any time. If you need to set an empty table, it is better to do it yourself, without waiting for the staff, in two places of the hall there are plastic boxes with cutlery and table napkins.

The food is beyond praise and it makes no sense to describe it in detail. Of the hotels we visited in Phuket, this time was the best. Diverse and for every taste - European and Asian dishes. Maybe a little too little meat, but this is a common feature of Tai and was compensated by a large selection of local dishes. Delicious soup, like Vietnamese Pho-Bo. Very tasty yogurt - we all got hooked on it. Fruits - pineapples, watermelons. Sometimes papaya and dragon fruit.

We have always had a problem to feed a child in Thailand. But this time, he ate right away to our relief (cereals, pancakes with honey, sausages, pasta, yogurt went with a bang).

ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORT
There is no centralized animation.

On the territory there is a mini-football, a billiard table on the street under a canopy, a gym (I was pleased with the presence of the minimum necessary set of properly working simulators, good air conditioning, the presence of towels), a children's mini playground with a sandbox, a kids club (people were always present there), two bar open and one in the lobby.

A cartoon and a film (in English) were broadcast every evening. The projector is aimed directly at the wall of one of the buildings in front of the restaurant. Spectators sit on stuffed bags on the grass. Cosy.

On Fridays, the hotel has theme nights: market + food. Tables are set up on the lawns where they sell souvenirs and immediately prepare street food: kebabs, pad thai, grilled shrimp, etc. Cocktails are mixed right there. Street prices.

Tuesday evenings at the BBQ restaurant. Prices are usual restaurant, as in neighboring establishments.

There are a couple of shops at the hotel, we did not visit.

You can rent a bike at the hotel. At the hotel, rent per day costs 300 baht without additional security deposit. If you take a few days, you can bargain. The contract includes only health insurance. All costs associated with damage or theft of the bike are not included in the insurance. It's a common rule: the rental agreement in the hotel and on the street are the same template (the photo shows the agreement from the hotel).

STAFF AND GUESTS OF THE HOTEL
The staff is friendly and professional. I did not meet Russian speakers. English is acceptable only at the reception and distributing bikes. And in the restaurant, and with the cleaners, and with everyone else, you will have to explain yourself on the fingers. But it's not a problem.

The guests of the hotel, in my opinion, were divided in the ratio of 50% Russians and 50% all the rest (Germans, Danes, South African sheep, Australians, etc.).

AROUND THE HOTEL
The hotel is very well located.

BEACHES
Kata Beach (10 minutes slowly) near the main entrance is very clean and well maintained. Since it gets dark quite early (at 19:00 it's already dark), cleaning is done in the morning, after 7 o'clock. We did not use sun loungers and umbrellas, but, as I noticed, there were no problems with them.

The more to the right (if you look at the sea), the more deserted and less well-groomed the beach is (this does not mean that it is neglected, just less well-groomed).

The only toilet (10 baht) and shower (20 baht) are located at the entrance to the beach. If you need to rinse fresh water, you can pretend that you do not know how to read and go to the hotel (7 elephants) from the beach along the stairs. There is a large container with fresh water and a ladle.

Kata Noi beach is not crowded. Very scenic and very undulating. On foot, the road will be mastered by very stubborn ones. 200 baht on a tuk tuk. We rode a bike.

Karon beach. This year we were bitten in the sea (plankton). And yes, it is very noticeable. This was not the case last year. In terms of distance and fare, it is similar to Kata Noi. The only thing, it can be noted, is Dino Park a little before reaching Karon. Our child has already grown up, but with small children you can drop by on the road.

The sea is clean and very warm everywhere. It makes no sense to write about waves. This is not necessary once in a while. This time, Karon was quieter, and Katya was worried. Only Kata Noi, as always, excites steadily.

RESTAURANTS
There are many of them around the hotel for every taste and budget.

Many write about County house (to the right of the hotel). We didn't appreciate the quality of the food, the choice, or the price tag. I won’t say anything bad, I’m just not impressed and it’s not worth so many reviews. However, there were always people there at lunchtime and in the evening. Mostly Russians.

Most often we visited Coconut and Veranda (to the left of the hotel on the road closer to the beach). These establishments suited both us and the child. In Veranda, the child appreciated dumplings (fried or boiled for 100 baht), spaghetti (namely, simple spaghetti with cheese, not pasta, flavored with the fact that the child does not eat). In Coconut, the child got hooked on pizza (255 baht). The pizza is big (but the kid managed to eat it whole) and really tasty. You could order pizza halves with different toppings. In both establishments, perch was 200 baht. Such prices could only be found at street cooks. Basically, prices in restaurants for perch are 300-400 baht.

It makes no sense to describe the local food. We are big fans of Asian food. If you do not like local food, then you lose half of what you go to Tai for.

THE SHOPS
Family mart and 7-eleven are located on both sides of the hotel. The closest to the right (7-eleven). Family mart is slightly more expensive, but there is no time limit for selling alcohol. At 7-eleven, the restriction is from 14:00 to 17:00. Strong drinks cost the same in all stores. Local whiskey 0.7 - 256 baht. Rum 0.7 - 302 baht.

MICROMARKETS
They everywhere. Yellow mango depending on maturity 40, 50, 60 baht. Greens 70. Passion fruit 80, 100. Mangosteen 50, 60, 70. At your request, everything will be cleaned, cut, and given sticks.

NIGHT MARKET
To the right of the hotel. Souvenirs and clothes are sold in the morning. And the food is cooked in the evening. A must to visit. Everyone will get their own experience.

BIKE RENTALS
On the street day 200 baht. If on longer period- you can bargain. They don't ask for documents. Deposit 100$. The contract is similar to that in the hotel. Helmets included.

The most common bike is the Honda Click 125i (pictured). Automatic transmission, very economical. Just in case, it is better to photograph it from all sides. You never know.

Bikes are in different condition.

We took to the right of the hotel, not reaching the first crossroads. On the corner is a desk with a big TATOO sign. There bikes are fresher and gasoline is cheaper (30 baht a bottle). In general, along the coast for a bottle of prices 30, 40, 50 baht.

REST
We were lucky with the weather. It rained only twice in two weeks (from April 20 to May 5).

For the second year we order excursions via the Internet in the same office. It is possible both with your tour operator and with a hotel one, but it will be much more expensive. They will also carry you in a crowd of 40 people. The Thais are all right with the laws, you can safely buy on the street and not worry.

Tour operator Biblio-Globus. As always, the meeting, transfer and fees are well organized. Otherwise, we didn't cross paths anymore for the whole holiday.

OUTPUT
The hotel is wonderful in every way. The best treshka in Phuket that we have visited. The holiday was a success, and there was not a single moment that we noted as negative.

The property will be undergoing renovations from June to October 2018. The hotel plans to renovate all rooms in building A (reception building), as well as repair the swimming pool.

The peculiarity of this hotel is a separate entrance from the street to each room. The unusual layout predetermines some privacy, and you will surely appreciate it.

The hotel offers different types of food. However, you can limit yourself to breakfast alone, especially since there are a huge number of restaurants and cafes around. It is about half a kilometer to Kata beach, a little further to Karon. But on the territory there are swimming pools for children and adults, as well as an open-air jacuzzi.
