We rested in July 2019. consisting of 3 people: a child of 3 years old, mother and grandmother. The bus dropped us off three hundred meters from the villa and we, two fragile women with one small child, rolled two large suitcases along the cobblestones. Like a washboard. We checked in immediately upon arrival early in the morning. The administrator silently thrust us into the room. We learned about the animation in the villa in the evening before leaving, the administration does not bring information to the guests in any way, the service, as they say, is unobtrusive. The on-site pool is cleaned every morning, but the rim is still dirty. We chose the room "Standard comfort Magic of the Sea". The room itself is bright, clean, modern furniture and appliances, beautiful design. A plus is the availability of beach towels. It would be nice to equip the room with a wall clock and a kettle, so that, forgetting about phone in the morning will enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee. There is a mixer and a watering can in the shower. Splashes in all directions. We did not pay attention to this, since the purpose of the trip was to swim in the sea and sunbathe. Well-groomed green area, cozy gazebos and low round lanterns that light up in the evening make the villa truly magical. But all the magic and attractiveness of this place was twice overshadowed by the burst of the sewage system on the first floor of our building. We covered the distance to our room on the floor above by running, taking in more fresh air into our lungs. For the first time, the administration coped quickly and after a couple of hours in the corridors of the building there was an unforgettable aroma of sea air freshener. The second time, the sewer pipe burst in the evening and the administrator Aleksey (I'll tell you about him a little later) could do nothing to help us. As a result, the stench at night spread to our room on the second floor. Imagine poor vacationers whose rooms on the ground floor were located near the accident site. Villa "Magic" why do you invite guests to your place if you cannot provide comfortable living conditions ?! The departure was also "fabulous". The day before departure, the girl-administrator promised that all information about our transfer and flight would be on the evening before. At the appointed time, we went to the reception to the administrator Alexei. As it turned out, he was not at all aware of our departure. He found out about the flight, but he got confused with the place of transfer in the testimony. Geographically, Novofedorovka is a completely unknown territory for him. According to him, the bus had to wait for us half a kilometer from the villa "Magic" and the hotel guide would not meet us. That is, two fragile women with one small child and 2 large suitcases had to cover a distance of 500m, partly along the cobblestones, and partly along the dusty roadway. To our indignation, he, bowing his head, mumbled that they had no agreement with the tour operator "Biblio-Globus" due to bad relations. Poor Alexei had to call for help from the senior administrator, who reduced the walking distance to the bus in half. In the morning Alexey came to take our number. Gentlemen, we rested in Turkey and Greece, but we have never seen such a circus anywhere! Alexey began to examine the room with his sticky gaze with eagerness. The first thing he did was count all the hangers in the closet. Then he began to ask us for some kind of foot towel. As a result, we had to count and show all 6 towels and a floor mat, which turned out to be the very same foot towel. Gentlemen, well, take a plastic hanger with you as a keepsake of a wonderful vacation at the Villa "Magic" still did not go far, but to pull off a dirty foot towel rug, sorry. And how do you have to disrespect your guests in order to accept their number ?! Impressions about Novofedorovka are great, but we will not return to Villa "Magic" and will not recommend it. Crimea, of course, is ours, but we are not welcome there.…
