The M2 route on the segment from Moscow to Serpukhova is a modern motorway without pedestrian crossings, intersections and railway crossings at one level. Here the road goes to two lanes in each direction and is equipped with a separation strip (C21 kilometer).

Road covering the M2 route site from Moscow to Serpukhov does not cause censures and is often repaired. Natural phenomenon near our capital and in it are traffic jams, here without them anywhere. You can rush by bypass paths, but here as they say, how lucky.

The only thing that can be advised is to approach Moscow deep at night, but to leave it in the morning and preferably not at the weekend. Camera, radars and patrol machines of the traffic police on the section of the road from Moscow to Serpukhov more than enough.

Professional medical care can have 36, 51.74 kilometers. Roadside service on this section of the M2 route is great. Near the road there are cafes and restaurants, hotels and shops, gas stations, a hundred and tires.

Road m2, route Serpukhov - Tula

From Serpukhov to Tula, it is necessary to drive 91 kilometers along the route M2 "Crimea" Road covering on this site is also quite not bad, the way in the Tula region, the road will go into one way of movement for each direction. Up to 130 kilometers of the M2 route is set by a dividing strip. Requests the reconstruction of the section of the road from 123 to 156 kilometers (they promise to repair in 2013).

To date, the most complex piece of ridge is the bridge over the OKU River. This fall, the repair began here and respectively reduced the bandwidth of the track. It is in this place that traffic jams often accumulate, which stretch to 7-10 kilometers on the weekend.

The detour of this section of the track is not rational due to the fact that the nearest bridge over OKU is not very close. The best way to minimize the plug is it to slip the bridge at night. I am glad one, repair promises to finish the new year. Next, the jam can be touched on the Tula Deprost Road, and many advise to go through the city (time can be saved, at the same time and gingerbread to buy).

Enter in the city and on the signs are moving to the Kaluga highway and again on the M2 track. In the opposite direction, go to Tula from Kaluga highway and return to the road to Moscow from the Moscow highway. Throughout the road (including junction) in the Tula region, lighting is actively assembled.

Drivers need to pay special attention to some sites of the M2 route from Serpukhov to Tula, namely, the $ 167, 138, 140, 143, 147, 153, 140, 143, 147, 153, 163,173, kilometered descents and lifts.

Medical assistance can be obtained only in large settlements or 167 and190 kilometers. Traffic police fighters on this site of the track a lot, cameras and radar too. There is a stationary post of 170 kilometers.

In the Tula region, the traffic police zealously monitors the intersection of solid lines. Often, you can meet on the side of the side of the overtaking ban on a stick covered in the ground, near the intermittent markup line, and then in the bushes the crew in full readiness to grab the intruder. The sign exhibit in dangerous locations of the road, and why the line is not a solid big question.

Be vigilant and do not break the rules of the road. Roadside service on this site of the M2 route is not well developed. There will be no problem with refueling, nor with places where you can eat or spend the night.

Route Moscow - Crimea, Route Tula - Eagle

From Tula to Eagle, it is necessary to overcome 190 kilometers along the M2 highway. In the Oryol region, the road is also narrow, but with a good road surface and many turns to secondary roads. In no case do not make overtaking on the strip, intended for turn, are very great chances to meet with the crew of the traffic police, standing after the intersection.

In addition, you should not make overtaking where there are prohibitive signs. The favorite place of catching violators by the traffic police kilometers from the Eagle, where the new asphalt is laid, there is no markup and stands the sign prohibiting overtaking.

In addition, many noted that the crews of the traffic police can follow you, and for a long time, waiting for you to violate the rules. In general, DPS posts are located on 204, 293, 304, 333, kilometer of the M2 highway. Medicidations are 210, 245, 248, 329,365 kilometers.

The attention should be paid at 268 kilometers of the road, where the steep turn is located. This year, mass repairs and reconstructions were carried out on the segment of the road from Tula to the eagle, an overpacks through railway tracks in the area of \u200b\u200bPlavsk (261Kilometer). A common disease of the M2 highway can be called deep, without fences and very shabby life, curb.

Although roads are repaired, the roadside is rarely lamit, the Tula and Oryol region is no exception. Be careful at the Congress on the side of the road, especially in the dark. Regarding the places for overnight stay and rest, they can also be found near this site of the M2 track. There will be no problems with dots of catering and refueling, although they are found here and a little less often than say in the Moscow region.

Route Moscow - Simferopol, Route Eagle - Kursk

From Eagle to Kursk, you need to drive 160 kilometers. In the Oryol region, the road surface is not bad, but in Kursk - the worst in terms of the road surface part of the M2 highway. Here the road is narrow, with big beacon, with bumps and completely killed by the roads.

Make overtaking on this site the path is not very simple. Many call this part of the M2 path "path with all sorts of defects." However, this summer, the road in the Kursk region was actively repaired, somewhere decent slices, somewhere latalie holes. The width of the M2 highway has not changed, but the curb in some way attached and expanded.

Now actively repair the bridge on the Kursk bypass (there is a jam, many go through the city to avoid it). In the Kursk region, it is not recommended to exceed the high-speed mode, since in this regard, here is very vigilant traffic police inspector. Permanent posts can be found at 388, 407, 408.466 kilometer of the M2 highway.

Also in the Kursk region, a large number of radars on tripods have been seen. Medical care can be found at 388, 437,516 kilometers of m2. Roadside service on the site of the path between the eagle and Kursk is not well developed. There are hotels and cafes, shops and gas stations.

Route M2, Route Kursk - Belgorod

From Kursk to Belgorod, the path will take 140 kilometers. In the Kursk region, as already mentioned above, a narrow road is mainly observed, with hip beaches, with a yam-hole repair and bad roads. Road services are trying to improve it, but every year it is a portion of the track still remains the most killed.

Special road disgrace is located for about 30 kilometers, where the M2 route goes from the village of Medvenka to the city of Oboyan. The plans are scheduled to repair and reconstruct these areas of the road, but it stretches all this until 2015.

The best and high-quality road surface is celebrated in the Belgorod region. In places, the M2 route goes to two stripes of movement in one direction. In the Belgorod region, the traffic police are also jealously monitor the observance of the speed regime. Stationary posts can be found at 568, 588.633 kilometers of the M2 highway.

Qualified medical care can be obtained by 590, 650.680 kilometers of the road. Near the M2 highway on this segment of the scene and overnight stays. There are shops and gas stations.

Route M2, stretch Belgorod - border with Ukraine

From Belgorod to non-designer (to border with Ukraine) you need to drive 38 kilometers. The M2 route here is simply gorgeous, ride a pleasure: a new asphalt and two lanes in each direction of movement. Medpunkt is 690 kilometers of the road. The jam can be touched near non-designer, which is due to the passage of the busbost and customs.

In the summer there are decent queues, as an option to pass customs early in the morning or go to one of their nearest customs posts in Shebekino or in the Gaivoron. The disadvantage of the Nailoronsky Customs Point is a piece of a bad road (kilometers 20) immediately abroad throughout the territory of Ukraine. No difficulties with the passage of the border and customs should not occur, especially if you prepare in advance.

Namely: we bring the necessary package of documents, come on a weekday (better at night). Remember, no one has the right to demand documents with you that are not listed in the list of borders.

Another advice, in the territory of Ukraine, never let your documents in the hands of the Daii inspectors (traffic police of Ukraine), you do not have to do this (you can show them through the glass). When crossing the border in the bright time of the day, turn off the near light of the headlights, which is how fighters are more often calculated by foreigners.

Regarding the infrastructure of the M2 highway on the plot from Belgorod to the border with Ukraine, the development is good. There are hotels, cafes, gas stations and shops. Also a complete office providing assistance in customs and paperwork. More experienced auto-travelers, are categorically not advised to refuel in the Lukoil refueling in front of non-designer. It is better to use refueling in the Oktyabrsky area.

The route M2 Crimea also plan to make paid, but paid plots will appear no earlier than 2015. In conclusion, I want to say, do not violate the rules of the road, stay on time for the night and lunch.

And as I always ask to leave comments on the state of the M2 highway, since only together we can make information the most relevant and truthful.

Fully asphalt coverage. It has from 1 to 4 bands in each direction. The segment between Moscow and Tula throughout the path has the status of a motorway, with a permitted speed of 110 km / hour. After Tula, turns into an ordinary road with a permitted speed of 90 km / hour. All major found cities have bypass roads. The usual time of passing the segment from Moscow to Kursk from 6.5 to 10 hours in single mode. The segment between Moscow and Tula passes in 2 hours.

Departures from cities

Movement in the direction of Moscow in Tula

  • 22km

The position for departure in the southern direction is immediately after the congress from the Moscow Ring Road. To get there, it is enough to reach the metro station "Anino" and go south about 1.8 km. Despite the fact that the Moscow Ring Road is visible from the position of the unarmed Mother Metric Metric immediately reports that you are at 22 km of the M2 highway.

The width of the curb does not allow without a problem stopping of transport. Places to stop the main pain weighing more than 12T- simply not. Maximum that I myself managed to get a gas-lawn t-lawn with a mass of up to 5t. The problem is exacerbated by the presence of 4 meters for movement and flow rates of about 80-100 km / hour. Optimally riding no closer than Serpukhov.

  • 42km

On the segment from 22km m2 to the first turn towards Klimovsk, the road has a doubleler, which is separated from the main route with a deaf bump. It is not recommended to fall on this area of \u200b\u200bthe terrain that it can be used for a very long time. After 42 km, the doubles no longer.

  • 97km Turn on Serpukhov

So as not to be in a situation where you have dragged to the last, and the driver is already turning toward Serpukhov, it would recommend to enter the gas station 1 km to the turn to the city. Position for the stop there is quite adequate, there is an accelerated pocket with a gas station that can be used to stop.

  • 156 km Turn on a short bypass Tula

If the driver travels to Kaluga or in Tula itself, it would be recommended to get away in this position and catch the following car that would follow the further than Tula. Please note that Tula has two bypass roads. The long track bypasses the city for the greater arc and adjoins the short bypass at 195 km of the M2. If you need to Tulu yourself, it is necessary to move along a short road. To hit a short road, at 156km it is necessary to make a turn right, with an end to acekad. The long bypass goes around the city to the east, and adjoins the R-132 road, which connects Kaluga and Ryazan. By itself, the R-132 road is funded from the regional budget, and the presence of a wide curb (as well as a good position) on is rare. If your driver goes to Kaluga, did not advise pulling it to the last, it is better to go 156 km of the M2 highway

Movement in the direction of Tula in Eagle

  • 195 km Development: Tula-Moscow-Kaluga Ryazan

When driving on the highway from the south to the north, if the driver is lucky to the development - optimally stopped after it, to cut off those who drive in the direction of Kaluga and Ryazan. When moving from the north to south, it is optimally stolen opposite the traffic police agency monument in the form of a motorcycle. In conditions of bad weather conditions, or at night, it is best to go out here, because the next position where there will be good lighting and low flow rate, will only be 357 km of the M2

  • 232 km Development: M2-M4

In the interval between the villages of the blades and Lukino there is a branching leaving on M4. With reluctance, learn from M4- can be used by this option (theoretically). In the very place where the development is the position is so-so. It is better to pass 700 meters to Lukino. Immediately after the start of the village on the right there will be a comfortable pocket in the form of a stop for the highway. This is your position. In the very blades, when moving from Moscow to the south, the right side will be a good cafe- as in the number of dishes and prices. The only flaw, the number of tables is not great, and there is a risk that all places will be occupied.

  • 244 km of Plavsk

If the driver goes to this city, it ultimately did not recommend pulling it to the latter, for the city is built in a hilly terrain, and has a greater length. When moving from the north on the south positions for the highway there is no. When moving from the south to the north, "Erzatz position" located on the rise. Optimally exit somewhere before the city. Not a very bad position in front of the city (when driving from north to south) - near the Kurgan of Glory.

  • 284 km Mobile

The city has even more length than the predicular plating, but the terrain is not so horms, and the positions are found in both directions. There is a store type "Pyaterochka" (visible from the track).

  • 293 km Kharchevnya

In the village, the bear is located cafe "Tula-50". In which the widest choice of dishes on the M2 highway and quite imputed prices. Mode of operation from 9 to 22.00 (information relating to the mode of operation could be outstand). If your driver is there for the first time, do not advise him to approach the cafe itself, especially in the offseason. The asphalt is absent near the establishment, and after the rain the terrain turns into a swamp.

  • 305 km Kharchevnya

Immediately after Mtsensk (when moving from the south to the north), on the right side of the road there will be another good cafe, but the rank of lower than 293 km. Its plus is a round-the-clock mode of operation. When driving from the north to the south, the position near the turn on Mtsensk will be worse than what you are eating from the south to the north.

  • 354 km DPS post

If your driver follows the city of Eagle, it was recommended to go out here and catch a car 30 meters from fasting to the stop sign forbidden. The flow in that place is moving very bitten, and the drivers have enough time to "explore". If the driver stopped goes into one of these places: Voronezh, Lipetsk, Novosil, Bryansk and any other place, whatever the bypass town of Eagle, then it is better to refuse to travel. The bypass itself has a length of 27 km and it needs to be strictly driven on one machine. It is not often found on the coup position.

Movement in the direction of Eagle to Kursk

  • 381 km end of a traveling eagle

When moving from the north to south, 700 meters south, to the nearest gas station there is almost perfect, except that part of the flow will scare the yellow strip on the right. In the summer of 2017, in front of the cafe, they installed a solid bump, and the terrain near the dots of the catering became not suitable for stopping someone. However, when driving from the south to the north, if your predicted driver was driving in Orel or for example, Bryansk, and suggested landing you near the cafe near the city - do not agree for, "the road to hell is paved in good intentions." The flow of traffic that goes to the eagle will interfere, and to reveal those who ride past the city - you watch. If you stop straight near the cafe, then there is a risk to get stuck for a long time. Optimally go to the north 1.7 km to the place where the bypass will begin to quit, the road has an easy tilt down, and the hike will not be difficult. In this case, it will not be "confused under your feet" the flow next to the city of Eagle.

  • 436 km Development M2-Zheleznogorsk

If your driver rides in Zheleznogorsk, then you have 3 options. The first and most like-to reach the village of Horses. In the village itself there is both the position for the highway and the hotel (just next to the hotel and there is a position). The second is to exit directly on the fork on Zheleznogorsk. After you have to go 1 km to the end of the lift. There is an almost appropriate position for the highway, except that there is a small inclination of the area, which can scare part of the loaded car. "Small" is approximately 6 degrees (evaluation by eye), but note that at night the rise is not covered. The problem is aggravated by the fact that before turning to Zheleznogorsk there is a descent on which cars accelerate to considerable speeds, and at the end of the rise they will not stop and will not be in joy so as not to pick up you. Therefore, in the whole position is suitable for the highway for 3 points out of 5. The third option - from turning to Zheleznogorsk to pass 3.5 km to the village of Cane, in the very village of Cane there is lighting.

If the driver suggests to land you a little further than the village of Zhernovc, in the village of Lower Mukhanovo (which will be closer to the fork for 7 km) - then we do not agree! Lower Mukhanovo is in a hilly terrain, and you will have to knock on the lift that it will complicate the stop of anyone

  • 440 km Cheren

When moving from the south to the north, at the end of the village, immediately after the last pedestrian transition, there is an ideal position for the foot of everything that is only possible, at night it is covered. When driving from the north to the south, it will be immediately after turning to the left, after entering the village.

  • 480 km bypass village Fate

The terrain is hilly, on each side of the road there is a bumpman, which complicates the hitchhiking. When driving in any direction, it was extremely not recommended to fall on the part of the bypass, due to the very small number of positions.

  • 516 km DPS post at the entrance to Kursk

If you and the driver need to go to Kursk, then the best thing is not to go here, and after 6 km - in place where the bypass road crosses the street. October 50, since the final stop of the route transport is just located on the bypass road.

When moving from the south to the north, the optimal place for the hitchhipping of any kinds of transport is 1.2 km from the post - you will see the bus stop and a comfortable one-stop pocket on the right side.

At night, this plot is not covered, the best thing is to knock or 300 meters, there is a light from refueling. But note that the terrain in this place is such that when stopping the main tractor, he will block his body part of the backway band, which will certainly scare drivers of heavy trucks. Also, after 2 km in the course of the movement there will be a village of V. Medveditsa in which the road is completely electrified, and there is a position there

Providing high-quality transport communication in the direction of Moscow - Crimea has been a pressing issue for a long time. He acquired a special relevance after the accession of the Crimean Peninsula to the Russian Federation. One of the main roads, providing a message between Moscow and Simferopol, is the M2 track. Let's take a look at the story of this highway and learn about her urgent problems.

General characteristics

Highway M2 "Crimea" is part of the European Route E105 Kirkenes (Norway) - Yalta. It stretches from the capital of Russia to the Multilateral Automobile Point of Passing "Nonhevka" in the Kursk region at the Russian-Ukrainian border. Running through the territories of five administrative units: Moscow region, Tula, Orlovskaya, Kursk, Belgorod. The total length of the route is 720 kilometers. From Moscow to Tula, it is a high-speed car highway with a length of 155 kilometers. Next, the track until the Ukrainian border itself is the usual highway. The track has six gas stations. The average distance between them is 73 kilometers.

Quality of coating

The road M-2 "Crimea" has an asphalt concrete solid coating. It seems better in the high-speed site of the route from Moscow to Tula. Also well preserved coverage in the Belgorod region. But on the territory of the Kursk region, the road has more different defects. At the same time, there is a constant meal repair of the coating of the route. The width of the roadway varies from eight to ten meters.

You can also judge the quality of the coating placed in this review.

History of the route

The Crimean tract is known from the Middle Ages. Initially, he began on the territory of the modern Dnipropetrovsk region in Ukraine and stretched to the peninsula. It was a trading road, in which the salt was imported from the Crimea to the territory of Ukraine, and in the opposite direction - grain and some other products.

With the joining of hetmanns to the Russian kingdom, the trading path began to reach the Moscow. In the middle of the XIX century, the road was built, which connected Moscow and Kharkov. Immediately in the post-war years they created the route No. 4 Moscow - Simferopol, passing through Kharkov, which already had a solid asphalt coating.

Construction of the route M2.

The idea of \u200b\u200bthe construction of a modern route Moscow - Crimea arose with the holding of the Summer Olympiad in 1980 in the Soviet Union. It was planned that it would be a high-speed analogue of an existing road. However, in many areas the new route M2 is the reconstruction of the old highway. But by the beginning of the Olympics managed only to build a segment held through the territory of the Moscow region, and not completely. By 1983, the route was continued only to Serpukhov. At the same time, the construction of the cable site - Tula began.

By the end of the 80s, most of the work on the reconstruction of the old route was not yet completed. Since the beginning of the 1990s, the project was largely minimized, and the reconstruction was produced only from time to time, episodically. The actual motorway, which was planned to build to the Crimea, was brought only to Tula. She had a segment of 155 km.

Further fate of the route

With the liquidation of the Soviet Union, the route M2 Moscow - Crimea lost its former transport and economic significance. In fact, it was divided between two states: Russia and Ukraine. In no one of these countries, this direction of movement was not priority, the transport load declined significantly. In this regard, the Russian authorities more paid attention to the development of the roads of the Volga region and Siberia. It is from the time of the collapse of the USSR, the highway acquired its current name in the classification of roads of Russia - the route M2 "Crimea".

During the 90s of the 20th century, there was not actually no work on the reconstruction of the road. By the end of the first decade of the XXI century, a segment of 12 kilometers long was reconstructed. Now the motorway reached the intersection with the R-132 route.

Perspectives

In 2012, the administration of the Tula region announced that it intends to initiate further construction of the highway up to the Ukrainian border. Currently, we can say that the M-2 highway on the Moscow Tula site is fully reconstructed. Further mining of the highway is still questionable. Actually, from Tula to the Ukrainian border and then on the territory of Ukraine, the highway is a road built back in the post-war years.

It is planned that in the near future the route M2 will be paid. Rather, the fee will be taken for travel on a plot from the 21st to the 108th kilometer. This line of the highway, known as the Simferopol highway, is completely located on the territory of the Moscow region. It is planned to build twenty-one item, where they will take payment for travel.

Currently, the fate of the track is largely connected with foreign policy issues. On the one hand, after the joining of the Crimea to Russia in 2014, the M2 highway began to be considered a more promising direction. But on the other hand, a significant deteriorating relationship between Ukraine and Russia influenced the fact that the highway traffic was significantly reduced. Thus, the M2 highway as the main transport direction when traveling to the Crimea can only be considered after the normalization of relations with Ukraine.

Route

The M2 route takes its beginning in Moscow, more precisely, at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and the Warsaw highway. Before intersection with MMK, the road has 3 stripes of motion in each direction. After MMK, the M2 route narrows up to two lanes. Then the highway crosses the "big concrete".

Then the path of the track passes through the River Oka Bridge, through the city of Serpukhov, and runs through the territory of the Tula region. At the 155th kilometer, the motorway is broken, and the usual highway goes to Tula, which is a portion of the old route Moscow - Simferopol. The motorway itself envelopes Tula from the West and breaks down at the intersection of the road Kaluga - Ryazan.

On this, the main highway ends, and then in the direction of the border with Ukraine, the road Moscow - Crimea is a conventional route. After the Tula path runs through the territory of the Oryol region, bypassing such major cities as Eagle and Mtsensk, and crosses the borders of the Kursk region. After the road envelopes the city of Kursk, it runs through the territory of the Belgorod region, the administrative center of which, Belgorod, also remains aside. The end of the track is considered the state border of Russia and Ukraine, namely the multilateral car checkpoint "Nonhevka".

Ukrainian section of expensive
