Our vacation began with an unpleasant surprise: be prepared for the fact that there is a tourist tax in Tunisia, which is not included in the tour price. In our case, the tax was 3 dinars (a little more than $ 1) for EVERY day from EVERY tourist (we had a rest for a week together - 42 dinars). Accommodation We arrived at the hotel during dinner. They settled us quickly. First in some distant bungalow, but it turned out that the room was occupied, in the end we were settled in a bungalow by the central pool. A bungalow is a small two-storey villa of 15 rooms with a separate entrance to each room. We found both a hairdryer and a safe in the room, which is considered a rarity, but the very next day we realized that it was rather a props: the hairdryer did not work, and the instructions from the safe had to be paid. The room is nice, clean. Separate bathroom. The towels are shabby but clean. The plumbing is old, but working. But the air conditioner hardly worked. The sea view opens from only a few rooms of two or three bungalows, one of which is located next to the playground, so the probability of settling there tends to zero. Staff Friendly, not intrusive. The main language is French, Arabic, a little English. The hotel guide could not really tell anything about the hotel or Zarzis, he was more concerned about our interest in excursions. Food (All Inclusive) Awful food. Besides pizza and pasta, there was nothing to eat without fear. The breakfasts are hungry: inedible cheeses, disgusting sausages, natural yogurt, a couple of jams, scrambled eggs, pancakes, DELICIOUS bread and pastries. Lunches and dinners are like twin brothers: grilled (fish / sausages / cutlets), soups and main courses richly flavored with local spices, crabs were served once. There is no dietary food at all. Sweets do not differ in variety, as well as fruits (tasteless pears, plums and grapes, unripe dates). The Alya Carte restaurant did not work. At the pool bar, alcohol was not poured (except for beer), in the bars of the main building, a couple of alcoholic cocktails, wine, a little something local, but in general not a lot. The entrance to the sea is not too shallow, but be careful: there are rocky spits, which can be a very unpleasant surprise: you swim to yourself, you don’t feel the bottom and suddenly you catch a stone with your foot. In addition, there is a wild amount of palm branches and some kind of plant suspension in the water: you swim like in miso soup. The water is not transparent, no white sand, the sand is the most ordinary, gray-yellow, mixed with the same palm branches thrown ashore. Long enough beach line, you can walk along the sea for a long time. You can even, if you wish, walk to a nearby hotel. Pool What is really cool is the pool. Firstly, there are three of them: the central one has animation and other fun, the second one is calmer: there are shallow, there are deep (2 meters) places, the transition is smooth. And a very small small child. The sun loungers by the pool are free, there is enough space to move the sun loungers depending on the need for shade / sun. Internet Wi Fi works every time at the pool and near the reception. Territory Not small, but you will not roam. Somewhere in the back there is a court, a place for archery, bocce games. There is a dubious spa with a small indoor pool, a shop with chips, cigarettes, some souvenirs, rags and hats. There is almost nothing outside. If you leave the hotel and walk to the right within half an hour, there are some souvenir shops. I hope my review was helpful to you. If you still choose this hotel for your vacation, just don't pay attention to the cons, because no better restthan a change of scenery! All Poles were served out of turn, and ours left home hungry, etc. In a restaurant, it is a common thing to drive a Russian tourist from a busy place, if the waiter wants to put more significant people there, this is done extremely rudely and disrespectfully. In the room, for 10 days, they never changed the linen and did not manage to see clean towels. After a complaint, the towels in the room disappeared completely, and when I found the maid and asked for at least two towels, she began to choose them from a crumpled heap of linen lying on the floor. In general, our people do not belong in this hotel. There are Germans, French, Poles, local residents - Russians are not expected there. Meals for a good three, the location is quite noisy at night, because next to the hotel on the coast there is a restaurant and there is loud music all night. The sea is beautiful, the beach is clean enough, unlike the hotel room, upon arrival I found a rag and three I washed everything for an hour, under the bed there was a heap of rubbish, bags, dirty mirrors, plumbing of questionable cleanliness. Shampoo and soap for 10 days brought 1 time, went to the store next to the hotel and bought everything ourselves. I do not advise contacting this hotel.

Were at the hotel from May 24 to June 6. The hotel is not bad, but upon arrival we could not be accommodated in a room for a very long time. We arrived at 7 am, tired after an overnight flight. There was no children's inflatable pool with trampolines, the restaurant on the beach did not work. A week later, when the hotel was full, there was a catastrophic lack of beach towels, but after a couple of days the problem with towels was resolved. Meals: there is a choice, not very large, but for a 4-ki I think it's normal. Every day from meat dishes: beef, chicken, turkey, fish; pork (not every day, but there was). Fruit included: strawberries (the first two days), peaches, nectarines, apricots, watermelons and melons. Beach: large, clean; sun loungers, awnings, mattresses - free, enough for everyone. The hotel area is large, beautiful, all in greenery and flowers. Except for the day of check-in, we were quite satisfied with the rest.

Had a rest with my sister from 08.05 to 15.05 LTI Mahdia Beach. The hotel is big, beautiful, very good food !!! Big and beautiful beach with white sand and smooth entry into the sea! Mostly Russians, some Germans. We were lucky with the number - we lived in the left wing on the 3rd floor. I did not like the service - or rather its complete absence! They cleaned the room, or rather wiped the floor with a rag, but did not change towels, bed linen, did not add shampoo, soap, gel - until you meet the cleaners yourself and ask! And even then it is not a fact that everyone will do it - there have been several times that they will promise, but they will not put anything! Linen and towels are all washed and old. But it was the beginning of the season, maybe. will "swing" to the influx of tourists and will get better .. ?? !! Bad luck with the weather - almost all the days there was a strong wind, storm and cold! Enter the sea and it became possible to swim (the water was about 19-20 degrees, but did not burn) only from 13.05 !!! And good weather (wind and waves calmed down) was established only on the day of our departure 15.05. Very long road to Enfidha airport - 2.5 hours. The tour operator Sanmar "stole" one day - we arrived at the hotel only towards the end of dinner at 21:00 local time (Moscow time it was already 23:00!)! Very sad!!! It was also sad and not pleasant to look at the mud on the way from the hotel to the airport while driving for 2.5 hours! Tunisian men are sitting, staring at passing buses, and there are heaps of garbage nearby !!! Ooooo dirty country !!! The sea on the way is just Awfully dirty, everything blooms like a swamp ... and this is the SEA, !!! It's sad !!! Country - DON'T LIKE !!! Poverty!!! Worse than Egypt !!!
