In the right column in the appropriate fields you must indicate the card number and PIN code. The card number is on the card itself, which you probably already received by mail in an envelope.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can recover it by sending an email to [email protected]. You must indicate “PIN code” in the subject line of the email.

In the body of the letter, please indicate your full name, membership card number and the email you used to register on the site.

Once in your personal account in the Status program, you can immediately see the number of accumulated miles, and by clicking on the “Account Status” link in the left column, you can see detailed statistics on miles accrual.

And don't forget that unused miles will be canceled after 36 months (or 3 years) from the date they were accrued. Therefore, you should always pay attention in advance to the number of miles accumulated and their expiration date.

Types of participation in the program

Any passenger who is over 14 years old can open an account. Next, you have the opportunity to choose: either participate in the STATUS program, or combine miles with family members (STATUS-Family) or colleagues (STATUS-Business). The latter, however, is valid only for adult citizens.
Important: Simultaneous participation in the STATUS and STATUS-Family programs is not allowed.

How to register?

To become a participant in the program, you must register on the airline’s website by filling out the form. This can also be done at a representative office, agency, or right on board the plane. To apply for entry into the STATUS-Family program, you will need to fill out this document. Participation in STATUS-Business involves an application in the form of a letter on official letterhead and filling out an electronic form.
After registration, the participant is assigned an individual number, issued a temporary card, and within three months he will receive an email (real, not virtual) a plastic card permanent participant.
Important: Only one account can be opened within one type of program. Reopened ones will be cancelled.

Participation levels

Like any other frequent flyer program, STATUS from UTair has several levels of service. To make air travel more comfortable, you must earn a certain number of status miles within one calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). If the condition is met, the new elite level will be valid until the end of January next year. Premium level requires 30,000 miles, VIP - 60,000 miles. In the first case, a silver card is issued, in the second, a gold card.
Important: What do elite member cards give? The opportunity to earn additional miles, carry free baggage above the established limit, wait for a flight in business class lounges, purchase an award ticket if there is a lack of a certain number of miles to issue an award (overdraft), etc.

Participation levels

There are 2 types of miles in the STATUS program from UTair: status and award. The former are used to achieve the elite level of the participant, the latter to receive awards (premium air tickets, partner services, etc.).
Miles will be credited upon presentation of a member card, or upon self-entering of data during online booking. The mileage account will be replenished no later than 30 days from the date of the flight and 10 days from the date of purchase of the services of program partners. If for any reason the miles were not received, the participant has the right to challenge this point, that is, to return his miles within a year (flights) or 3 months (services) based on an application with the provision of originals or copies of supporting documents ( boarding pass, itinerary receipt, hotel/car rental company/restaurant invoice, etc.).
Miles and rewards calculators allow you to plan your flights and expenses. Children 2 - 12 years old (STATUS-Family) are entitled to 50% of the number of “adult” miles. Miles are accrued under the STATUS Business program in the amount of 60% of the amount accrued to individual participants.
Important: By joining the program today, you can count on miles for upcoming flights (3 months). To do this, you need to fill out a corresponding application. This applies only to STATUS program participants.

How to earn miles

You can earn miles, first of all, by flying with UTair. The company does not have membership in airline alliances, so the choice is very limited. The fact of travel itself is important: if the ticket was purchased, but the flight did not take place, bonuses will not be credited.
Miles grow if you actively use the services of partners: banks (VTB 24, Khanty-Mansiysk Bank), hotels (Azimut, Best Western, Crownwell, etc.), insurance companies (Ugoria, Surgutneftegaz), as well as restaurants, car rental companies, etc. For each of them, the conditions for crediting miles to the participant’s account are individual, detailed information presented on the airline's website.
Important: Miles cannot exist forever, their validity is limited to 36 months from the date of service.

In order to encourage its regular customers, UTair has developed and implemented the “Status” application. According to this application, customers are given the opportunity to earn miles for flights and spend all their savings on a wide variety of benefits. What are these benefits? And what is the “Status” card number from UTair?

This application has many advantages compared to bonus offers from other air carriers. For example, UTair does not prohibit clients from opening a joint account. Anyone can do this. There is only one restriction: you must be at least 14 years old. You can count miles yourself, or you can choose to participate with colleagues (Status-Business application) or with your family (Status-Family application). The "Status-Business" application is available only to persons over 18 years of age. Please note that you cannot participate in the “Status-Family” and “Status” applications at the same time.

To take part in “Status” and “Status-Family”, you need to go through a simple registration on the airline’s website. Here you should fill out a special form, which is available not only on the Internet resource. You can also register at an agency, representative office, or on board the plane. To participate in “Status-Business” you must fill out an official form and a special electronic form. Upon completion of registration, the client is issued a personal number and temporary card. The permanent card will be sent by email or regular mail. By regular mail, the card arrives to the addressee within 3 months. Both temporary and permanent cards have the same individual number. Please note that you can only open one account in each application.

Miles are a reward unit. There are 2 types of miles in “Status”: award and status.

The former are used to receive awards, the latter - to achieve the elite level of the participant. Miles are credited upon presentation of a membership card at the time of purchasing a ticket at UTair or if you independently enter information during the online ticket booking process. If you buy a ticket but do not fly, then bonuses will not be awarded. With active use of partner services (insurance company "Surgutneftegaz" and "Yugoria", financial institution "VTB 24", etc.), the number of miles also increases.

Earned miles can be used to pay for:

• hotels;
• air tickets;
• upgrades to service class;
• services of partner companies.

The number of miles will increase no later than 10 days from the date of purchase of the services of program partners and 30 days from the date of the flight. If you don't have enough miles, you need to save further. Missing miles cannot be paid for with real money. Miles are valid for 36 months from the date of service.

Participate in UTair applications and fly profitably!

There are three types of participation:

1) “Status”;
2) “Status-Family”;
3) “Status-Business”.

For individual way The following conditions apply:

• Participants can be passengers over 14 years of age;
• miles are accumulated on an individual account;
• miles are not inherited or transferred to third parties.

Participants family program allowed:

• accumulate the savings of all family members (from 2 to 7 people) on one (common) account;
• choose a “head of account” - a responsible person who will manage miles and add new participants to the list;
• preserve the deceased participant’s savings in a joint account;
• withdraw from the family program at your own request.

IN "Status-Business" organizations whose employees use the airline’s services participate. Legal entities can:

• receive accruals to one account for services provided to employees included in the list of participants;
• have an unlimited number of employees (over 18 years old) participating in the program;
• choose a responsible employee who will manage the account.

The business option of participation can be combined with individual or family types.

Participation levels

Participants in an individual or family program can upgrade their Status from Basic before Premium(upon reaching 300 thousand status miles) or VIP(at least 600 thousand status miles) levels. Owners of such cards have additional privileges when flying on airline flights. The validity period of Status plastic is one year.

Introduction

To join the program, you must submit an application to UTair. You can register on the program website. When registering online, the applicant will receive a link to his email address that needs to be activated. The plastic participant card will be delivered within 3 months to the postal address specified in the application. The plastic is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

If you lose your card, you must contact the company for a duplicate. For the release of a new copy you will have to pay 150 rubles. (or 500 miles). VIP members will be given a duplicate free of charge, but the card will not include vouchers for free service in airport business lounges.

Instead of an ordinary member card, you can get a co-branded bank card, which will also be a bonus card. Owners bank cards issued by credit institutions jointly with UTair, to participate in the “Status” program you need to authorize on the website and gain access to the user’s personal account. Such co-branding cards are issued by VTB24, Surgutneftegazbank, and Khanty-Mansiysk Bank.

How to save

The bonus unit of the program is miles. There are:

• Awards(for the services of program partners) - needed to receive bonuses, do not participate in qualifications for Participant Status.
• Status(for flights on UTair and partner flights) - to increase the level of participation.

Miles are credited:

• for flights;
• for the services of non-aviation partners (hotels, restaurants, car rental, etc.);
• for the use of co-branded cards.
