The first two days I still paid attention, then I just decided to disconnect and rest, enjoying the sea and the sun. But I don't want to come back here for this money. The hotel positions itself as a five-star all-inclusive hotel. Accordingly, I have corresponding requirements for him. If some of the other guests are used to paying and not demanding, excuse me, I am used to receiving quality services for my money. If I want bad service, I will pay 30-50 thousand for a room. And then I paid more than 120 thousand for a ticket with a flight for two. And my parents paid the same.
We rested 3 adults and a child 10.07.17-20.07.17. Accommodation was two standard rooms 247 and 249. My parents are in room 249, I and my child are in room 247. And so in order:
1. Rooms - not five-star, maximum 4 and then with a minus. Everything is old, furniture needs renovation, renovation too. Upon arrival at the room, we realized that no one was waiting for you and did not even create the appearance of waiting, since the rooms are dirty, I ran a layer of dust over the furniture with my hand (I always do this), began to wipe the dust, since we were on the road, it was necessary to put the child sleep. My mother went to the reception and complained about the dust, the maid came to their room with one wet rag, she wiped the dust with this one rag, like leave me alone, here they rubbed it. Guys, this is not possible, the rooms must be cleaned up for the arrival of new guests. Throughout the rest, they cleaned it up too badly, so they will wash the middle for you, take out the garbage and that's it. One day our rooms were cleaned by a brand new boy - on that one day everything was cleaned as it should be: the bed was shaken and re-made (this should be done every day), not to be confused with a change of linen, you should always just shake your sheets. I washed all the plumbing, washed the mirrors, wiped the dust everywhere, vacuumed and washed the floors very well, so clean that I went through socks and socks clean. The manager came and checked him. Dear manager, you need to check the old staff, not the new, the new ones always wash well and try, and the old ones relax and just wash the middle and take out the trash, and this is where their cleaning ends. The parents in the room seem to have air conditioning, but there is no coolness in the room, the air conditioner worked fine in our room. The parents have a broken toilet seat in their room, the bathroom door does not close. For the room I put - 3.8 points out of five, as there is dirt and breakages in the rooms.
2. The hotel area is not tidy near the pool. This hotel does not know what it means to wash the tiles by the pool with a mop and shampoo, and it is evident that they do not know what they do in normal five-star hotels. The tiles are all dirty, filthy. Due to the fact that the other area is clean, but the pool is dirty, I put 4 with a minus.
3. Beach equipment (sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels) - 3 points. Everything is old and filthy. Umbrellas for midgets, with a height of 165 cm, I knocked on these umbrellas, you must always bend into three deaths, going under the umbrella. Beach towels are not washed, just dried. You hand over your towel, tomorrow you get someone else's dried, but not washed.
4. For children. I can't give 5 points either. Since the playground is practically absent. Someone will say that she is modest, but she can be said not. It's made from trash. Slide - an old water slide was taken, homemade wooden steps were made to it - go for a drive, this slide does not roll without water, children just slide along it. Swing - scales or whatever they are called, took a board, nailed two bars such as a backrest along the edges and hammered a board into a peg in the middle, sit down, ride. The flooring is all crooked, albeit soft, you can easily stumble there. And there is a playground by the toilet. There is a pretty decent children's pool with slides, children's animation, as elsewhere - in this part, all the rules. But since the playground is made of garbage, what is it for disrespect for the guests, and in particular for my child, that he has to play in the garbage, so I put a total score of 3. I would put 4, but I take 1 point for moral humiliation relative to the playground from garbage and for violation of safety regulations, that there is no special equipment for playgrounds.
5. Restaurant (main).
5.1 Food - feeding is normal, we were not hungry, but no frills. Cheap products, five potato dishes prevail? (fried, boiled and mashed - as the famous movie said, plus potato rings, for example), three pasta dishes, and so on. Guys, a five-star hotel should provide guests with a choice of several hot meats for every meal. There should be pork, beef, lamb, fish and poultry at the same time. Pork ribs and fish are allowed for lunch at this hotel. For dinner, beef and fried sprat. Chicken and fish for lunch the other day. For dinner, grilled liver and fried capelin. That is, there are always two hot dishes. They even fed nuggets, what kind of fast food. There is no diet menu in this hotel, not to be confused with a children's menu. The kids' menu is french fries, nuggets and all kinds of nonsense that older kids love. And the dietary menu is something that can be given to a child under three to five years old, that is, boiled, stewed everything (boiled chicken, boiled or stewed vegetables). There are stewed vegetables, of course, but they are spiced. So, there is no dietary table, there is a children's table. Fruit - there are only two types of fruits in one meal, that is, with a choice not so hot and all the fruits are cut. Apples in a circle, peaches in 8 parts, apricots in half, plums in 4 parts, kiwi in half, citrus slices, well, watermelons and melons are cut by themselves. That is, in terms of fruit, you also feel that the hotel is saving money, that is, you will not be able to take a couple of peaches to the beach with you, the hotel is in crisis, take into account that the hotel is located in the South of the island, where agriculture is well developed. Three types of ice cream, for 10 days tired, at least changed tastes, otherwise the same thing becomes boring. The beer is tasty, the wine is good - there are no complaints here. The pastries are so-so. Cheese like gouda and feta cheese. There is always one soup, for a five-star one there should be at least two soups for lunch. For food I put 4. Does not pull five stars at all. Moreover, the hotel positions itself as a family and for children.
5.2 Cleanliness - dirty dishes. Who does not believe, take any glass or wine glass and look at it at the light, you will see traces of lipstick not washed off, someone's finger, in general, brrr. I went through 10 wine glasses, I could not find a clean one, then I just wiped it. But on the other hand, the senior manager of the restaurant and the director of the restaurant, like scalded ones, rush around the room and watch the waiters, who work very well, they clean the dirty dishes very quickly. The director would better check the dishes that are delivered to him in the hall. In general, glasses and wine glasses are not washed in the dishwasher (I know what dishes from a dishwasher look like), but simply rinsed and taken out into the hall, in general, you can also pick up sores from another guest, sanitary standards are violated. Crumbs, dried beets and stains on the table and other food debris can be on the highchair for several days, so I always went with wet wipes and wiped the table and highchair. 6. Provision of human life - 4 points. Drinking water is not supplied to the room. Guys, if you sell vouchers to your hotel with an all-inclusive system, then water must be included in this system. Because without water a person cannot exist. Upon arrival in the room there was one 1.5 liter bottle of water and that's it. There are coolers and disposable cups on the territory, you can get drunk, but it's not convenient. If a child wakes up at 1 am and asks for water, you need to run to the reception desk to the cooler and pour him water. Since you are five stars, there should be water in the rooms, but you did not have it, so I take a point. Since formally, you didn’t let me die of thirst by installing coolers, but you didn’t give me the water comfort in my room, which is typical of a five-star hotel. Personally, I did not pay attention to the forbidden badges throughout the hotel, that water should not be poured into a bottle from a cooler, I defiantly approached the cooler with a healthy one and a half liter bottle right in front of the staff and poured myself water. No one said a word to me and would not dare to say, since I have an all-inclusive hotel and this means I should have everything so that I can live without spending a penny. My principle. Otherwise, buy water yourself today, buy your own meat tomorrow. Someone bought water for themselves, their difficulties, let them buy.
I will not write in detail about the sea, since this is not the merit of the hotel, it is the merit of nature. It's gorgeous. And my review about the hotel and its service. And so, let's summarize the points:
