An application number is assigned to any booking, so the travel agent must provide it upon request! If a travel agent does not want to provide a number, this is a reason to think about it - apparently he has something to hide.

Fill in the field "Application number" (it consists only of numbers) and "Passport number without series". If you are traveling abroad, then indicate the number of your foreign passport without a series (seven digits, followed by a space from the series). If a trip is planned in Russia, then the passport number of the Russian Federation is indicated (the last six digits):

In order to check your application on the Anex Tour website, you need to know its number, as well as the passport number of one of the tourists.

You can ask your travel agent for the application number after booking. This number is usually 7 digits long, but may be more. If the travel agent refuses to give the application number, then, apparently, he has something to hide: the tour is not booked, not paid or canceled.

In the "E-mail / application number" field, indicate the seven-digit number of your application. It consists only of numbers!

In the "Password / Passport" field, indicate only the passport number of any tourist in the application. Attention: only the passport number is indicated, no series! When traveling abroad, indicate the number of your foreign passport, when traveling in Russia and some CIS countries - the passport of the Russian Federation.

Sometimes it happens that in the absence of a tourist's passport at the time of booking, the travel agent scores seven ones or zeros instead of a passport. Check with your agent.
