09/02/2019 I arrived at this hotel with my wife. We arrived earlier than 12.00, filled out a card at the reception and calmly waited in the lobby for check-in at 14.00. By the time of check-in, a lot of guests had already arrived, and at first it was not clear in what order we would all be settled. But we were "lucky". The hospitable receptionists of this hotel themselves called us first, gave us one key card and escorted us to our room 613 in the same block as the reception. At first I did not understand where they were taking us, because we were not walking along the corridor where all the rooms are located, but somewhere to a corner that looked more like a utility room. There is a gap of 3 cm between the door and the doorway, because a normal hotel cannot have such an entrance to the room. The door could not open normally because it hit the bed !!! The room is so small that, apart from the bed, there was nothing physically fit. There is also a sliding wardrobe, the doors of which do not open in either direction (what's the use of it?). The room is located in such a wilderness that no wi-fi can reach it. There is no safe either. For interest, we went into the room to those who settled after us. All of the above disadvantages are absent. How the good-natured hotel staff determined that we were the ones who deserve this kennel remains a mystery, and even the very first were shoved there. There is a Russian-speaking representative of the Alexandra Hotel at the reception. We turned to her with a question about resettlement. We unknowingly used the toilet and because of this, now we cannot be relocated, as a general cleaning of the room is required. They offered to move out of their kennel the next at 12-00 and wait again until 14-00 for a possible settlement. It is clear that they do not give any guarantees. So far, I have not been able to find a single plus of this hotel. Any of you can find yourself in a similar situation here, so think about whether the 2 days spent and the nerves are worth the rest in this hotel. I think not. Previously, here about this problem has already been written and I regret not reading this ... Continued. The next day at about 11-00 we approached Alexandra with a question about resettlement. We were immediately taken to a room in another block on the first floor. This room already corresponds to the standard room of this hotel, which we booked. Nothing supernatural, an ordinary standard room, but a good view of the sea and the mosque (in which, as it turned out later, services are held at exactly 5-20 in the morning, and this is very well heard in a room with a closed door to the balcony). As soon as we calmed down, the next day they put a note at our room with a request to approach Alexandra. We approached. Alexandra immediately informed us that it would be about our negative review. They also solved our problem with the kennel, and my review does not say about it. Therefore, we were threatened either I delete the review or we are moved back to the kennel. To be honest, I'm crazy. Instead of apologizing and somehow trying to make amends for our joint, we are threatened with overpowering back. I refused to delete the review, but agreed to supplement it (it would be objective and fair). This option did not suit Alexandra, she demanded to change the review so that it was more positive. And, in her opinion, this hotel does not deserve a rating of 1. I think "it's cool, the hotel tells me what rating to put and how to write my review correctly." Then Alexandra called some curly-haired Turk. We weren't introduced to him, but sort of like a hotel manager. We were asked if we know English, we answered no. The Turk began in English, looking somewhere to the side, to say something like that we are stupid, do not understand anything, it is useless for us to explain anything at all, this kennel is also a standard, only a small one and we moved you so well, and you are stupid to us here you arrange and so on. Moreover, he repeated the word "stupid" 8 times, for some reason Alexandra did not translate it for us. In general, time passed, we wanted to go to the beach and I agreed to edit the review and supplement it. I realized that this would make my review even more negative and we decided to delete it for a while in order to have a good rest. And so they did. I am writing a continuation from home. As for the hotel itself. The audibility in the rooms is very good, every rustle is heard. Every night drunk people run around the hotel and talk very loudly. Our room was always cleaned after lunch at about 14-00 - 15-00. When the heat is on the street and after dinner you want to lie down to rest, you have to get up and leave the room to wait until they clean up there. If you do not leave the room, then that day you will not have cleaning in the room. Food. Everything was enough for me, I ate with full plates, but I will write objectively. Breakfasts are rather poor, only scrambled eggs save the day. The coffee from the machine tastes instant. If you press a cappuccino, you will be poured from a 3 in 1 bag. The tea in the teapot is very good. Only drank it. A lot of pastries, but they are all monotonous, without filling. For lunch and dinner, there is a lot of choice of meat, fish, salads, desserts. Although there is a lot of meat, it is cooked the same way. Mostly with gravy and vegetables or peas. I like this kind of food, but not everyone likes it. Fruit always includes watermelon, grapes, nectarines, oranges, pears, apples and unripe plums. The restaurant staff works well. The spa was not used, nothing special to say. There you can get and return a beach towel. And then they will immediately begin to bred you for procedures. After we abandoned the procedures, the main Turk in the spa flared up, shouted "this is not a market for you here" and was offended. The location is pretty good. There are many things within walking distance. Of course, Cleopatra Beach has nothing to do with the hotel, but people come to this hotel because of it. I don't know about other times of the year, but at the beginning of September it is terrible. More like Anapa. People lie on towels on top of each other, you walk almost over their heads. The beach is covered in gobies and rubbish. I saw how the Turks gnaw seeds in the middle of the beach and spit the peel right on it. A flock of pigeons gathered around them, which then flew to spoil the rest. The first 4 days of rest from the left and right edges of the beach was a more or less normal entrance to the sea, consisting of small pebbles. Then for 2 days there were big waves and everywhere at the entrance to the sea there were large slippery stones. The beach itself is not made of sand, but of small stones. Walking on them is not as pleasant as on sand and they get very hot during the day. The bottom line. The hotel could be promising, but the management is pulling it to the bottom. I give one to the management. And so the hotel is 3.5.

The holiday season in 2017 was marked by a new wave of mass tourist pilgrimage to the shores of Turkey. After a short period of calm, closed borders and boycotts of Turkish resorts by our travelers, their sympathy for the Antalya shores has not faded away. This is evidenced by the size of tourist flows to the hospitable shores of the Mediterranean.

Western Aegean resorts (Marmaris, Bodrum, Fethiye) are in demand among European tourists, but Mediterranean ones (Alanya, Kemer, Belek, Side) are the "fiefdom" of Slavic travelers. Istanbul and Ankara are popular destinations for sightseeing tourists.

Advantages and disadvantages of rest in Alanya

Alanya is a wonderful, cozy, very atmospheric and fun resort region on the Antalya coast of Turkey. In addition, Alanya, along with Kemer, is the most "Russian" region in the Mediterranean. The resort is budgetary and democratic, therefore, its popularity among our compatriots is off scale. Most of the hotels are all inclusive, the beaches are pleasant, sand and pebble, the infrastructure is varied and developed, including water parks, restaurants, shopping centers, diving clubs, golf courses and tennis courts. Everyone can find entertainment and activities to their liking.

And Alanya is also a very picturesque area: rocky mountains, pine groves, tangerine plantations, olive and vine plantations only emphasize the pleasant resort flavor of this region.

The only drawback of Alanya as a resort is its remoteness from Antalya airport. Transfer to the hotel from the airport usually takes 2-3 hours. But currently the reconstruction of the local air terminal of Alanya - Gazipasa airport, which will be able to receive international charter flights, is underway.

Tac Premier Hotel & SPA in Alanya: general information

Budget hotel for active rest located 1 km from the center of the resort of Alanya, on the second coastline. The hotel was built in 1994, but in 2012 a large-scale reconstruction, renovation and rebranding was carried out. There are 7 buildings and 254 rooms in the hotel. Each building has an elevator, and the main building has 2 elevators. The area of the hotel complex is 7 thousand sq. m.

The hotel employs Russian-speaking staff (at the reception and in the animation team).

According to the "classics of the genre", the hotel operates on the "All inclusive" system, there is animation, a spa complex, an equipped beach, several swimming pools, a business hall and a fitness center.

The check-in of guests in the rooms takes place after 14:00, the room must be vacated on the day of check-out before 13:00.

The hotel does not have connecting or smoking rooms. Two rooms in the hotel are equipped for the needs of tourists with disabilities.

The hotel is focused on receiving active budget tourists, family travelers with children, as well as young people who like beach and city holidays.

Hotel location

The hotel is located in the picturesque resort of Alanya, which was especially chosen by Russian travelers. Location of this hotel complex is its huge advantage.

Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * is located just a kilometer from Alanya and 150 meters from the pebble beach. Thus, the hotel complex is perfect for active travelers, admirers of city and educational recreation and classic beach tourists.

Antalya Airport is 120 km away, while Gazipasa Regional Airport is 43 km away.

Neighboring hotels - ALAIYE HOTEL and SUNPARK MARIN.

The hotel has a wonderful location, practically in the center of the budget and fun resort of Alanya. This location is ideal for families and young people. However, Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * is unlikely to suit fans of a classic Turkish excursion, as, indeed, any other hotel in Alanya. This region is remote from the famous sights a la Pamukkale, Istanbul, Ephesus, Cappadocia, etc., at an impressive distance. A seven-hour journey to the famous monuments of antiquity and architecture is not quite an activity that is optimal for a tourist who can enjoy the sea, sun, service and all the all-inclusive bonuses all day long.

But the thirst for knowledge of the intermediate level can be satisfied by visiting local tourist points in Alanya. This colorful region has a rich pirate past. Caves, underground grottoes, bays - treasuries of corsairs attract crowds of tourists with their beauty and a veil of adventurism. In the city itself, travelers usually rarely deny themselves a visit to the Red Tower of Kyzyl-Kul, the Sultan Aladdin's mosque, the city's shipyard, a large market, etc.

Infrastructure on the territory of the hotel complex

Description of Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * will not be complete without a list of all the attractions that are located on its territory.

 • Free gym, aerobics classes, beach volleyball.

Also on the territory of the Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * in Turkey there is a SPA center, which provides a varied set of health and beauty treatments at reasonable prices, as well as a beauty salon, laundry, hairdresser, supermarket, parking for cars.

For events and meetings, the hotel has a conference room for 70 people (area 90 sq. M.).

Rooms in the hotel. Classification and description of rooms

In total, Tac Premier Hotel & SPA has 4 * 254 rooms, they are located in 7 buildings (1 main building and 6 "annexes").

 • Standard Room (total 217). Room area - 20 sq. m. Room view options: the pool, the road, the building or the sea.
 • Family Room (37 total). Family room area - 36 sq. m. View from the room: the garden, the road or the pool.

Additional options: kettle, tea / coffee set, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel).

Internet in the rooms is free. Use of the safe - for an additional fee (2 euros per day, or about 130 rubles), filling the minibar - for an additional fee, 1 bottle of water per day - free.

Rooms are cleaned by the staff daily, bed linen is changed every other day.

Hotel beach

The hotel has its own plot on the city beach. It is shared with the Cleopatra Tac Hotel. Cleopatra Beach in Turkey is considered the most picturesque and well-equipped in the region today. There is a myth that may be based on historical facts: they say that this beach was arranged by Mark Antony himself in order to receive his famous beloved Cleopatra with the maximum imperial comfort.

For a couple of centuries, the legend that sand was brought here from Egypt was diligently implanted and supported. Scientists have found that the sand on Cleopatra's beach in Turkey is identical to the sand on the shores of Egypt and North Africa.

Of course, the veracity of this information is unlikely to be verified. But the very fact that the city beach of Alanya is considered one of the most comfortable and popular in the region speaks volumes. The sand on the coast is mixed with small pebbles. Because of this, the sea water is clean and transparent, even despite the high waves.

Also, this beach is one of the cleanest and most well-groomed in all of Turkey, it is a deserved holder of the prestigious Blue Flag award. The beach has everything for the safety and comfort of tourists: lifeguards, cafes, shops, vending machines, sports equipment rentals, toilets, showers, changing cabins.

Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are paid (approximate cost - 200 rubles per day), mattresses are free, beach towels are not provided at the hotel. There is a road between the hotel and the beach.

During the winter season, the beach is open, but not equipped, bars, shops, lifeguards, etc. do not work.

Meals at the hotel

The hotel operates according to the classic scheme of Turkish hotel service. It is practically impossible that a budget hotel, oriented to the reception of Russians / Ukrainians, does not work in an all-inclusive manner. It so happened that for our compatriots, rest in Turkey and "all inclusive" are synonyms.

Thus, food in Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 *, of course, is provided by the AI system.

But each hotel has its own nuances, they need to be clarified and rechecked at the stage of choosing a vacation destination.

In Tac Premier, the AI system does not operate around the clock, but from 10:00 to midnight, and in winter until 23:00. As part of the concept, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late dinner are available in the main restaurant in a buffet style.

Not available in winter.

An afternoon snack includes pastries, sweets, fruits, tea, coffee, cocoa.

Hotel bars

There are 4 establishments on the territory of the hotel complex:

 • The beach bar is open from 09:00 to 19:00, drinks are not included in the all inclusive, they can be ordered at an additional cost.
 • The pool bar is open from 10am to midnight and serves drinks all day according to ALL. The following treats are available to guests: tea, coffee, water, sweet carbonated drinks, packaged juices, alcohol (vodka, house wine, raki, beer, gin, liqueur) and ice cream.
 • The lobby bar is open from 10 am to midnight.
 • The restaurant bar is open for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner. The working bar in the main restaurant is a big plus for the hotel. Quite often, guests who prefer to wash down their food with at least something are forced to go to the bar for drinks or buy them separately.

For an additional fee, you can order fresh juices, smoothies, champagne, Turkish coffee, branded imported drinks.

There is no a la carte restaurant in Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 *. There is only the main buffet and 4 bars. Lovers of gastronomic delights can go to one of the many restaurants in Alanya.

Special menu: the hotel has a diet menu and a vegetarian table. There is no children's menu.

Service in the hotel: free services, entertainment, sports options

Service is often a "litmus test" of the quality of the hotel as a whole. Even the newest, sophisticated luxury hotel can spoil its ratings due to lame service. On the Antalya coast of Turkey, where most establishments operate seasonally, the quality of service is often "sagging" in those segments where hoteliers make do with seasonal workers. These are animators, bartenders, waiters, maids, etc.

Alas, Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * is no exception, some tourists noted in their reviews the rudeness of the receptionists and the negligence of the maids.

As part of the "all inclusive" hotel guests have access to such free services: animation, housekeeping, currency exchange, internet, fitness center and sauna access at certain times.

Doctor services, laundry, SPA center, conference room rental - for an additional fee.

The animation in the hotel, according to vacationers, is calm and unobtrusive. The team consists of 3 people, there are Russian-speaking animators.

In the evening, hotel guests can go to the show program or the performance of the animators, but the hotel's disco does not work. This disadvantage is partially compensated by the proximity of the center of Alanya, where there are many clubs and other establishments with a "boiling" nightlife.

During the winter season at the Tac Premier Hotel & SPA entertainment much less varied, since the animation team only works from April 15 to October 15.

Services for children

Alanya is a popular holiday destination for the whole family. The city beach is ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers. And within walking distance are supermarkets, parks, cafes, pharmacies and other facilities that family travelers need.

Also, almost all hotels, even the most budget ones, make attempts to improve their service, to sharpen it for the reception of tourists of all age groups.

In Tac Premier Hotel & SPA, the service for children is not as diverse as in some hotels in Alanya, but it is still sufficiently developed to provide the little tourists with the necessary comfort.

A baby cot for babies up to 3 years old can be ordered free of charge. The restaurant has high chairs. There is a children's pool and playground on site.

The hotel has children's animators, but there is no nanny, as well as no mini-club, stroller rental, children's menu, water slides, etc.

Note that Tac Premier Hotel & SPA 4 * is not the best choice for travelers with children from 0 to 4 years old. But the hotel is ideal for schoolchildren. They are already interested in excursions, trips to the zoo, water park, mountains, shopping center, etc. and will be able to fully appreciate the advantages of the hotel's location.

The hotel was threatened by the police because the girl came to visit, kicked out, and a day later they began to extort money, then they threatened with eviction, I had to pay 100 euros so that they would not be evicted.

I liked everything about Tac Premier. But upon arrival there were no free rooms, they settled for a day in another hotel (worse than Tac Premier). I must say that they were taken and taken back to the hotel the next day without a hitch. Thank you very much Alexandra for that. We spent one day at the Kleopatra Ada hotel, taking advantage of the moment to see the beach 22. (I liked the beach, I didn’t like the hotel.) As for the resettlement, we talked with other Russian tourists (many were also resettled for one day, to a hotel closer to Tac Premier). Apparently, there was such a period of overbooking. Not very pleasant. As for the hotel itself, everything is super: food, service, we had a large triple room for two, so with this ok. The only thing that upset me was the situation on the beach, which belongs to the hotel. Even if you come to the beach early, the first two rows of sun loungers are filled with imaginary towels by the employees of the same beach, and you have to borrow after these sun loungers. I love the front row as I hate smokers. You come to rest and breathe in the sea air, but in fact they come to the first rows of the smoking room and poison the air. So we went to the beach in front of our hotel with our umbrella and were happy. Otherwise, everything is super, thank you very much! And thank you very much, the site (I have been using them for the third time, without overlays, everything is clear and convenient. I use the application).

Everything is on the level. The food is gorgeous. The hotel itself is quite European and about a third of Russians. Rooms are not cleaned very well, but who came to sit in the room?))

I will not list the positive aspects of the hotel and Alanya in general, I will only touch on the negative ones. So they are not: D Highly recommend this hotel, thanks to them for a wonderful stay.

02.05.2019

We arrived at the hotel in the morning, managed to walk around the area, had lunch, and at 14 we were settled. The room went to the 4th building on the 4th floor, clean, tidy, the only thing that was the view of the neighboring buildings, but these are trifles. There was a drying rack on the balcony, cleaned and changed towels daily. Bed linen was changed 3 times in 8 days. Wi-Fi is free throughout the area, but not the fastest. The food was delicious and varied, there was always a lot of fresh vegetables and the pastries were pleasant. The beer and wine were, as always in Turkey, good, we didn't really like the cocktails, so the alcohol was saved from duty-free. The hotel is located on Cleopatra, 2-3 minutes to the beach, the beach is partially with small pebbles and the first entry on the pebbles and slabs, then the sand begins. But overall - super. The sun beds were paid, although they said that there would be a discount, but all over Cleopatra the price was 20 lira. The hotel is located almost in the center, there are many good cafes nearby, clothes shops start in 10-15 minutes of a quiet walk and there is a Migros store, which was often visited for strawberries. There is a stop near the hotel, travel is only 3 lira around the city. The promenade near the hotel is beautiful, there is also a cable car road that goes up to the fortress. Travel for one round trip - 20 liras, which is quite a bit, but the impressions remain a lot, and no excursions are needed. Because of the weather, we began to swim in the sea only in the second half of the vacation, there were still a few people, which played into our hands. From the vacation, there were only great impressions, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone as a very good option in the city.

I liked the hotel completely, clean, tasty, good location: close to the center and good beach close. The staff are friendly. Cons: there are no juices in bags and coffee beans, but these are trifles. It's a pity that the kids club didn't work even in the “give” mode, but we were in November. Room with modern renovation, laminate flooring. The hotel is one of the best city hotels in Alanya.

We rested in September. The air temperature reached 35 degrees every day. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, they sent us to breakfast, then we walked to the sea, and when we returned to the hotel, our room was already ready. At first I was not very happy with the size of the room (the standard on the website was at least 20 m). But then I decided that we were hardly going to play football in the room, and preferred to stay in it, although we were offered to replace it with another in a day. I liked almost everything about the hotel! And the territory (it is for a city hotel oh-oh-very much!), And the clever Alexandra (a girl dealing with Russian tourists), and the restaurant - the dishes and all the staff were at their best! The location of the hotel is excellent. Not far from the city center, we reached the beach slowly in 5 minutes. I can advise this hotel with a clear conscience! Special thanks to Valentina (she works there for a construction company)!

The disadvantage of the hotel in the pool - most of the time is in the shade, the water is cold, otherwise all the rules
