2) CONTRACT No. GOTO-023/17 of insurance of civil liability of a tour operator for failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement on the sale of a tourist product dated April 04, 2017;

• the number of the agreement on the sale of the tourist product and the date of its conclusion;
• the name of the tour operator who entered into the Insurance Contract;
• information on the circumstances (facts) indicating the failure of the tour operator to fulfill its obligations under the agreement on the sale of the tourist product;
• the amount of real damage caused to the Beneficiary in connection with the failure of the Insured to fulfill its obligations under the contract for the sale of a tourist product;
• information on the request for payment to other organizations that provided the tour operator with financial security of the tour operator's liability, as well as the order of payment by organizations that provided the tour operator with financial security of the tour operator's liability.

• a copy of the passport (page spreads with a photograph and registration address) of the Beneficiary or other identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
