We traveled on 05/10/2017 with the North Wind airline from Cheboksary to Belgorod via Moscow. Pleased with the cost of the ticket, the plane was clean, the flight took off without delay. We had such a story with Nord Wind. We flew five of us on May 2 from Sheremetyevo to Simferopol, on May 12 the tickets were in the opposite direction. The first and second times, flights were delayed by an hour and a half. Then it turned out that the delay was caused by the airport itself. Both times, instead of the promised Airbus А321 "North Wind", they provided Boeing - 767 "Pegasus". At first they did not understand that this was the same organization. The flight went well, the cabin was comfortable, the food was good.

Our plane and several other aircraft of the company were detained on the day of departure to Sheremetyevo. Nobody really explained anything. Waiting for several hours. The employees of the company did not consider it necessary to offer us neither food nor drinks. I was very upset with this attitude of Nord Wind towards customers.

My acquaintance with Nord Wind also left negative impressions. Flight as part of a travel package from Pegas, Moscow - Bangkok. The flight was rescheduled from eight in the evening to five in the morning. A whole day of vacation is lost. Representatives of the airline blamed everything on bad weather and aircraft breakdown. Other passengers said that this happens quite often on North Wind Airlines. If you have old and constantly breaking aircraft, replace them! Why should people suffer!

The flight 1805 - Moscow - Antalya on 05/13/2017 was supposed to take place at 9 am from the Sheremetyevo airport, then several times another time was appointed. The airliner was never submitted. A bottle of water was distributed as compensation. We were asked to pick up things. Some went to the hotel (provided with meals), but we went home. They promised to inform about the departure time, but no one called. Our flight was sent without us. The travel agent said that we ourselves are to blame for this, buy tickets at your own expense. This is how our mood was ruined along with the vacation.
