The hotel is located in a very good location. The center is 15 minutes on foot. Therefore, at night, the music coming from numerous restaurants, bars and discos did not interfere. The building is separated from the adjacent road by a high fence, disguised with bushes. Great pool. Rooms are cleaned daily. Linen was changed three times in two weeks, towels - daily. The room is large and bright. The impression is very good. Until we crossed the threshold of the dining room. We're not gourmets, we don't need lobster for breakfast. But something edible should have been present on the table. Moreover, the buffet was announced. Shriveled sausages, either boiled or fried, pasta sticking together, it seems, with cottage cheese (difficult to understand), cucumbers, as if cut the day before, sour olives, and juices (this is a different story altogether) diluted to the color of water with slightly tinted potassium permanganate. From this splendor it was difficult to choose anything relatively safe for the stomach. Therefore, the child ate cereal for two weeks, I drank a burda called coffee, with muffins, and our dad will digest the stomach and nails (he doesn't care what he has). Waitresses literally crawled around the dining room with such faces as if they had been plowing all night, but clearly not in the restaurant. It is very "nice" when such a girl leans across the table over a dirty plate, and her long, untied hair falls into your plate. It turns out that this canteen almost became the strongest impression from the rest. It's good that we got into the habit of going to the Glarus hotel for dinner. It was there that we gorged ourselves almost to the point of losing our pulse. You pay 30 levs for three and eat what you want. Buffet. The waiters are all in shape, smiling, attentive. In general, it turned out to be a wonderful rest, but everything spoiled the food, on the last day they put rotten apricots on the table, without a twinge of conscience.
I live in Moscow, travel a lot and am used to decent service. This hotel is absolutely not 4 stars or even 3! I sincerely don’t want any incidents that I had to endure. After I tried to take a Russian friend (tourist) to the room, they told me that I had no right to bring anyone day or night. When asked to show the document with the rules (with the seal and signature of the hotel management), the administrator said that he is the rules and his word here is the law, that I paid for a single room and must pay extra for all guests. After this incident, I asked to call the manager to resolve the situation. The next day, the manager called my room and asked me to go down to the reception. As soon as I approached, she started yelling in Russian, what if once again I try to bring someone, then she "will evict me and throw me out of the hotel, call the police and I will go and wander to look for another accommodation." She also stated that “there is another person living in the room and she knows it for sure, because yesterday I took another set of towels from the cleaning lady”. In addition, the manager shouted that now “administrators can enter my room with verification any day and hour without warning”. I actually took more towels, as I think that one full towel per room is not enough. Am I wrong?? Other hotels usually provide 3 to 5 different types of towels per person. The guide and representative (Georgy Ankov) did not answer my phone calls for two days, after I managed to get through to him - he said: “I don’t have time to talk to you, be glad that we didn’t call the police, you are only 18 years old and you behave recklessly, you have settled the second person, you will soon fly away and fly away for yourself. ”To begin with, I am 31 years old and apparently I was confused with someone. After I stopped George's monologue and explained that the situation was fake and far-fetched, he said that he had been working with this hotel for a long time and that they were unlikely to be mistaken, he would figure it out ... As a result, no apologies were given to me ... The next days the manager noticing me near the receptionist stated that “as a person I don’t pull for a 4-star hotel”, “I break the rules”, “I don’t know how to behave” while at the hotel I only spent the night and ate, she apparently just scoffed because besides an extra towel and a one-time attempt to cheat a friend on my part there were no “violations” of the order. I paid for WI-FI in the room for a week and went downstairs to inquire until what time the connection was valid on the last day (there was a need to go online at work). In response, I saw the silent displeased face of the administrator. After my question: "Why don't you answer me?" I again suddenly heard the phrases “You are breaking the hotel rules, say thank you that we didn’t throw you out and didn’t call the police” ... The result of everything was a statement upon eviction on the last day of “rest” that I stole one towel and was obliged to pay for it. Again, they referred to the words of the cleaning lady. After half an hour, they found out that she was wrong, but like the last time, no one apologized.…
