Online check-in for the flight

Ikar Airlines provides the following benefits when online registration:

The client checks in for the flight from home;
Registration starts one day before the start of the flight;
The client takes care of the boarding pass himself.

When checking in online on the official website of Ikar, if a passenger has luggage or carry-on luggage, he must definitely go to the counter to get a tag for dropping luggage and carry-on luggage.

Only the following passengers must check in at the counter:
group trip;
accompanying persons with disabilities;
travel of a child without parents, etc .;
the need for a cradle for babies up to 2 years old.

The passenger must present a boarding pass at the airport. The client has two options: get it yourself or take it at the check-in counter at the airport of departure.

Fly with Ikar Airlines! The seats in the aircraft provide all passengers with a comfortable flight.

For regular passengers of Pegasus Fly, check-in for a flight is a matter of a few minutes, because they know the conditions of the carrier, quickly and wisely make the right choice. What are the ways to register? How does Pegay Fly online check-in differ from the usual procedure, and what airline requirements should you remember? Let's consider these features in detail.

"Outdated" e-registration option

Since the end of March 2017, the charters of the Pegas Fly carrier will depart from Moscow (Sheremetyevo airport). Therefore, here passengers can check in for the flight and go through all the necessary steps. This is an alternative electronic registration method used by many Pegasus Fly clients.

All procedures are carried out at special counters, from where the aircraft takes off. For domestic flights, the time reserve should be from 2 hours or more, and for international flights - from 3 hours. The disadvantage of this method is the need to arrive at the airport in advance and queue up for the necessary procedures.

To check in for a flight to Sheremetyevo, you need to find terminal "D" and go to one of the counters (93 or 99). Please note that only local time is indicated during the checkout process.

Conditions of online registration on the official website of Pegasus Fly

People who are accustomed to saving time and using every minute with benefit prefer another option - registration on the official website of Pegasus Fly, online.

The following conditions must be met here:

  • Availability of a travel document issued via the Internet. Online registration takes place with an electronic ticket.
  • The passenger travels in one of the directions indicated in the table. It can be a regular or charter flight (it doesn't matter). When carrying out transit flights, it will not be possible to check-in via the Internet at an “intermediate” airport.

  • The passenger travels without animals and does not belong to a special category of clients (unaccompanied children, disabled people and others).

Check-in for a flight with Ikar (Pegasus Fly): advantages

Peges Fly customers should be aware of the benefits they receive when choosing to register online with an e-ticket. The following bonuses are worth highlighting here:

  • No connection to the airport. All activities are carried out through a computer connected to the global network. It is very convenient and saves time.
  • starts one day (24 hours) and ends one hour before aircraft departure.
  • Unlike the classical procedure, when you have to put up with an automatically selected place, here you can do this work yourself. There is a chance to choose a comfortable seat in a suitable part of the aircraft cabin.
  • Possibility to print a coupon immediately after online registration on the official website of the Pegas Fly carrier, and then use the document at the airport.

When will you not be able to register online?

Ikar Airlines imposes a number of restrictions that do not allow online check-in. So, if you have luggage or carry-on luggage on hand, you will have to turn to the registration desk to register the things on hand. It is also worth highlighting a number of other restrictions:

  • Transportation of a group of people (10 people and more).
  • The need for a cradle (when flying with a baby under 2 years old).
  • When accompanied by a passenger (disabled person, child).
  • Providing a place for a person who travels with a baby under 2 years old.

At the boarding gate, the airline client must present a ticket. If, after registering on the official website of Pegasus Fly, it was not possible to print a boarding pass, you should contact the carrier's employee at the counter and ask him to do this work. Please note here that check-in closes 40 minutes prior to departure. When registering baggage, it is worthwhile to study in advance the norms set by the carrier.

What else needs to be considered?

In the process of online registration on the Ikar (Pegasus Fly) website, it is necessary to take into account a number of points:

  • If desired, the passenger has the right to change the seat that was previously selected. To do this, you need to go into the aircraft layout, select another seat and save the changes.
  • Please note that you will have to go through security control at the airport, so it is advisable to arrive at the place in advance.
  • The seat selected during electronic check-in is reserved for the passenger, but the airline reserves the right to adjust it if urgently needed.

  • To exchange or return a ticket, it is recommended to contact the place of purchase of your boarding pass.
  • Before going through all the procedures, you should study the baggage allowance and rules of conduct on board.
  • If you do not have a ticket number at hand, you will not be able to register Pegasus Fly online.
  • Please note that there are 13 digits in the boarding document number. When entering a number, enter before the main character set. "000" - for charters (four digits in the number), "216" - regular flights (the number starts with an eight), "770" - also for regular flights (there are three numbers in the number).

The airline has several fares that differ in baggage allowance, conditions for ticket exchange and refund, and other parameters. The cheaper the tariff, the stricter the conditions for exchange and return. If you are sick and can prove it with a medical document, you can usually return the ticket regardless of the fare.

The first additional seat will cost 2,000 rubles, the subsequent seats - 6,000 rubles each on domestic flights. On international flights, the surcharge ranges from 35 to 100 euros.

If the weight of the baggage is over the norm, but less than 32, then the surcharge is 2000 rubles on domestic flights.
