One biome in the whole minecraft world. How to find a mushroom biome in Minecraft

What is a biome? Biome- a set of ecosystems of one natural and climatic zone. In MineCraft, a biome is a separate natural zone, with its own landscape, type of trees and blocks. They are generated by the game algorithm, but can be specially specified using grains the game world. More details in the full news.

There are 12 biomes in total in MineCraft. They have their own ID:

21 - Jungle. A biome with lots of shrubs, foliage and giant trees, each with their own texture and color. A friendly mob can also spawn - ocelot. It drives off creepers with its presence if tamed. Natural structures such as Temple in the jungle.

6 - Swamp. Low-lying surface, with a large amount of muddy, dirty, green water. Under the trees from which the vines hang, they will spawn in abundance mushrooms. water lilies float on the water, natural structures are generated - witch's hut.

4 - Forest. Lots of birch as well as oak trees. Tall grass, flowers. Rarely spawns inside the Plains Biome as a tech sub-biome.

5 - Taiga. Hilly area covered with snow. Fir trees grow in abundance, wolves spawn.

2 - Desert. Plain where cacti grow. Sometimes generated desert temples, wells, or villages. The trees are out since they don't grow on sand.

1 - Plain. A flat landscape covered with tall grass. Sometimes villages are generated, more often lakes. Lots of flowers and animals.

0 - Ocean. Huge biome composed entirely of water. The bottom, consisting of sand, clay or earth, there are canyons. The length is up to several thousand blocks, the depth is up to 30.

12 - Tundra. Snowy plain. Occasionally there are trees, rivers and lakes completely covered with ice.

3 - Mountains. Normal mountainous terrain, few trees and grass. Meet emeralds.

14 - Mushroom Island. The only biome in which mushrooms grow in the light, there are Huge Mushrooms, Mushroom Cows. Ground covered mycelium.

8 - Hell. A biome that only exists in the Nether. Limited to bedrock at heights 1 and 128, lava is at heights 31. Hell fortresses spawn, ghasts, zombie pigmen, wither skeletons, lava cubes spawn. Lava flows better than in the normal world. This means that it spreads faster and further.

9 - Sky. A biome located in the End. An island floating in the air, made entirely of edge stone with obsidian pillars.

Sub-biomes.

7 - River. A depression made entirely of water. The river meanders strongly, being a valuable source of clay.

11 - The frozen river. Only spawns in Taiga. Covered in ice.

16 - Beach. Nuff said. Sand, sand, sand. And sandstone, yes.

15 - Shore of the mushroom island. Mushroom biome. But flat.

10 - The frozen ocean. An ocean only covered with a thick layer of ice. In 1 block. 🙂

20 - Foothill biome.

17, 18, 19, 22 - Hills. Terrain modifier, there are desert, taiga, jungle, forest.

I hope you enjoyed this article and the information was useful 🙂 I tried to write the most important information about biomes and reduce them to a single table in order to summarize and organize all Biomes.

Instructions

If you are determined to find such a biome - for mining unique materials on it, taming mushroom cows, or carrying out any other game intentions - you should first find out a little more about what the subject of your search is (and see if you will like he is to you at all).

Places of abundant growth of mushrooms will always be encountered only on the outskirts of the main "mainland" - in the form of islands. Where exactly the system will generate such a biome, you will not be able to predict. The ground on it is covered with a special type of block - mycelium. Mushrooms, including giant ones, grow on it in a natural way and even in clear daylight. There are also other plants, but on other types of soil (however, when mycelium spreads on them, they fall out of the ground).

Be sure to craft a boat - this is the only means of transportation on the ocean. In it, you will go in search of the coveted mushroom island. To craft a boat, you need five blocks of planks. Make them from the chopped wood available in the inventory or specially for this purpose (any kind of wood will do). Arrange the boards on the workbench so that its bottom horizontal row and the outermost cells of the middle one are fully occupied. Now just put the finished product on the water and hit the road.

Control the boat using the W, A, S and D buttons. To exit or sit in it, use the right mouse button. Add in inventory a sufficient number of supplies for a long voyage (including edibles) - because it is not known how long it will take to find the mushroom island, and therefore the gamer (or rather, his character) may be in danger of starvation, and evil monsters can spawn nearby at nightfall ...

Please be patient - the mushroom island is not easy to find. However, if you do not want to wander in search of it for a long time, use some of the secrets of experienced "minecraft". Simply create new world and in the line with the key to generate it, specify the word "lost" or the number "4". Seed 3327780 may also work. Then you will find the desired biome not far from where you respawn - but still in the ocean, although close to your shore.

note

Do not try to transfer mycelium to a regular biome - it still does not take root there. This view the soil does not transfer to ordinary grass blocks (by the way, the grass is not able to replace it in the same way). Yes, and when the mycelium is destroyed, it will drop from you in the form of a cube of ordinary earth. In addition, other plants do not take root on it (except, in fact, mushrooms), and only a mushroom cow can spawn - and even dark caves under this biome do not spawn other creatures. However, snow and iron golems can also appear there - if the conditions are right for them.

A biome is a collection of ecosystems in one natural and climatic zone. In Minecraft, this is natural areas, into which the world was divided after the Halloween Update. They represent separate zones of the landscape with different plants, relief and blocks that make up the landscape.

Biome types.

There are 12 types of biomes in total:

Jungle.
A biome with a lot of giant and common trees. You can find many vines and foliage on them. Ferns can also be found in this biome. This biome is predominantly hilly with mountains. The crown of a tropical tree that grows on a hill is the highest natural point in the game. In addition, this biome is home to a friendly ocelot mob capable of sprinting. Also, only in this biome can you find a "temple in the jungle". In the jungle, hostile mobs very rarely spawn, since there is a lot of foliage and spawning is impossible.

Swamp.
A flat biome with many small lakes. Trees grow in lakes, and mushrooms (mostly brown) grow under them. You can also find reeds. The water is predominantly gray in color, and water lilies float on its surface, for which no tool is needed to collect. Underwater you can find a large number of clay from which you can make bricks. The witch's hut is also common here.

Forest.
A biome with a very large number of birch and / or oak trees and a fair amount of grass. It can sometimes appear as a tech biome within a lowland biome.

Taiga.
Snowy landscape with blue-gray grass and many conifers. Since version 1.8 Beta, wolves appear there much more often. In 1.1, the developers fixed a bug due to which there was no snow and ice in the taiga. Most of the taiga is generated hilly. Since version 1.7, there are two options: taiga without snow and cold taiga, in which water freezes and snow falls.

Desert.
This biome is predominantly composed of sand, dry bushes and cacti. There are no trees because there is no land in the desert. Often meet lava lakes, precipitation and water lakes... Sand wells, characteristic sand villages and temples are rare. Sometimes, due to bugs in the desert, you can find cacti up to seven blocks in height.

Plain.
A flat biome with lots of tall grass and hilly terrain. Trees are very rare. On the plains there are a very large number of ponds and ravines, and a canyon can also come to the surface. This is one of three biomes in which villages come across (the second is the savannah, the third is the desert).

Ocean.
A very large biome made entirely of water. At the bottom, you can find plains and mountains, and the bottom itself mainly consists of gravel and clay. You can also often find canyons. The depth of the ocean reaches 30 blocks, and the length - up to several thousand. Occasionally, islands are generated in the ocean like small versions of other biomes.

Tundra.
A barren snowy area with virtually no trees, the surface of lakes and rivers in this biome is covered with ice.

The mountains.
The mountain biome, which was introduced in 1.8 Beta. Trees are rarely generated. More often than not other biomes, scenic structures such as arches, cliffs, waterfalls, overhangs and flying islands can be found here. Also in the mountains there is the highest probability of generating underground caves... Sometimes there are small lakes at sea level. Emerald Ore can only be found in this biome.

Mushroom Island.
The biome most frequently generated in the ocean on an island. All the ground on it is covered with mycelium. This is the only biome, with the exception of the Dark Forest, where huge mushrooms grow and where mushrooms can grow in daylight. Only mushroom cows spawn naturally in this landscape.

The mountain biome is characterized by very uneven terrain. Many high, almost sheer cliffs are generated here.

Sometimes one or more sides of the cliff are almost gentle, which allows you to climb on them simply by jumping over the blocks. But sometimes it is possible to reach the top and descend only with a pickaxe with a sufficient margin of safety.

In mountain biomes, you can see amazing structures - arches and grottoes, waterfalls and lavopads, which can become not only a decoration for your home, but also an excellent landmark. It is in this biome that you can find flying islands. At the foot of the mountains, there are often small lakes, comfortably fenced off from the world by cliffs. Octopuses can even be found in the lakes, and it will not be difficult to catch fish in them at all.

Deposits of coal and iron often appear on the surface of the cliffs, and deep caves can be found inside the mountains, going down to the very administration. Mountain biomes often have open caves that can be explored in search of minerals without wasting time digging mines. The main thing is to take more torches and a durable one - such caves are usually full of zombies. For miners wishing to establish contact with local residents, the mountain biome is very important as emerald ore is only found here.

The mountains are mostly covered with a small layer of earth and grass. Sometimes you can find entire areas of bare cobblestone and lava lakes located on it. There are few trees generated, but they are usually enough to craft the necessary tools. There are also a small number of flowers and peaceful mobs, though less than on the plain or in the forest. Perhaps this is due to the fact that they fall from the rocks and break.

The mountain biome is good for building a house. If you make an entrance in a steep cliff not high above the ground, then it will be difficult for monsters to get into your house, and at night you can explore the caves lying at the foot of the mountain and improve them to your liking.

It is not worth placing a house on the top of the mountain, although it is easier to protect it from mobs there. But then too much time will have to be spent on campaigns for resources. Unless, of course, you have Industrial Craft 2, and you are not going to install a generator.

It is convenient to arrange a lighthouse on the mountain from lavopad or a burning hellish stone, it will be visible from afar.
The disadvantage of the mountain biome is that there is a lot of shadow on its territory, in which mobs spawn even during the day. It is not easy to run away from them because of the difficult terrain. The mountain biome makes farming difficult and it is difficult to fence off the necessary territory on it, because mobs can easily jump on your head from some cliff.

By the way, while I play Minecraft, my sister gets me, but I open a site on my laptop where all the free games only for girls are collected and I let her play on the site gamergirl.ru. And I myself play interesting flash games on this site. Recommend.
