When choosing a hotel for families with young children, I was guided by the following criteria: 1. Accommodation - I liked it very much - one-room comfort on the 1st floor in 1 building - quiet, with a separate entrance, plenty of space, comfortable dressing room. I recommend this type of room to those with a stroller. The view from the room is on the well-kept garden. In the evenings, you can enjoy your time on the balcony. Minus - cleaning. Change of towels and cleaning upon urgent request. The carpet was not vacuumed, the sink was not cleaned, wet cleaning is not everywhere ... you need to make comments and contact the reception. 2. Food - very good - tasty, varied, you can feed children from year to year. There are snack options at the Veranda snack bar and bar. 3. Beach - your own, with sun loungers and a canopy. Disadvantage: a lot of people not from the hotel, who paid for sun beds or simply crossed the fence. Closed "own" beach did not work. 4. Entertainment for children - everything is good here and without drawbacks. But all the pleasant impressions of the rest were overshadowed by an INTESTINAL INFECTION, which happened not only to my family members, but also to many of the hotel guests. It should be noted that the hotel management is taking many measures to combat the virus: germicidal lamps are working, hand sanitizers are everywhere, tables and floors in the dining room are washed with disinfectants. But this is probably the scourge of our Black Sea coast during the peak season! So take care of yourself and your children! Wishes: 1. Pay attention to the quality of room cleaning. By the way, the territory of the hotel was cleaned very carefully! 2. The staff are for the most part very friendly. But some employees neglect all efforts to make the hotel even better! Pensioners can also go to the park-hotel Demerdzhi. Demerdzhi has good air and territory. We rested in Demerdzhi together at the beginning of July 2019.The territory of the hotel is decorated wonderfully, the gardeners are GOOD !!!. The smell of pine needles. One tree is rare, I call it "The Tail of the Monkey", there is such a tree in the Vorontsov Palace and behind a huge iron grate. The beach is constantly clean, friendly staff and the sea was clean in which small fish swim. For 15 days of rest, practically all days we sunbathed on the beach. The number was good, thanks to the manager Oksana. The room has everything, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, dishes, disposable slippers. The bathroom is fine. The room perfectly catches Wi-fi. Housekeeping no complaints, all on time. All hotel staff, starting from the central entrance, are friendly every day. Nice people, we had no conflicts with the staff. In the reception - at the hotel counter, you can note Lydia, a professional person, any issue is resolved quickly and efficiently. The food is delicious. True, somewhere 30% of the food was tried, to eat a lot of the wrong age. Many thanks to the chef, who repeatedly came to our table and asked our opinion about the organization of food and the preparation of dishes. It was pleasant for us pensioners. Yes, in addition, early in the morning I went to the market near the bus station for the Crimean strawberries, strawberries and cherries, the prices are normal, but far away. (For reference, the market near the administration of Alushta is very expensive, prices are higher than in Moscow.) In the passage to the hotel cafe there is an excursion counter with a beautiful, beautiful tour operator Olya, from which you can buy excursions throughout Crimea. Seven buildings on 2 hectares. The beach is a piece of the sea about 50 meters, it is hammered to death worse than the city one. Good day! I would like to add my comment about the rest in the hotel "Demerdzhi". We rested with my husband and a five-year-old child. What can I say ... About the animators, that's right, the guys are great, especially Eugene smiled, the hotel area is very beautiful, well-groomed, with a clean and warm pool, that's all true. A separate beach - which is also good, there are always sun loungers and places for them))) which cannot be said about the city beach. But guys ... everything else ... If this is varied food and good service for you, sorry, you just never had a good rest. There is a relatively large amount of food, but ... out of seven or eight containers with salads, in fact, there are only two types of them (sorry, but for 12 days there is a cabbage salad with fresh cucumber somehow not very good), as always there is a queue for pancakes and soup in the mornings and evenings - it's just a guard! Of course, it would not have stood if it had not been for a five-year-old child who refused to use anything else. Of course, they did not starve, but diversity is out of the question. All 10 days, the food was repeated every other day. In short, the last two days went to eat at the restaurant "Old Town" (By the way, I advise). As for the service: it is missing. For 12 days, they never asked us (except for the animators), I say they are cool and polite guys, how we rest, whether everything suits us. Nobody paid any attention to us at all. The girls at the reception should be friendly with the guests of the hotel, at least not hide the table and pretend that we do not pass you by ... I want to please the guests - there is no hairdryer in the rooms, so if you are very lucky, you will receive it at the reception. 10.06.2015 I was provided with a hairdryer, but from 06/12/2015 to 06/20/2015 they were out of stock. Towels and linen had to be changed every 4 days. In fact, 1 time. Cleaning - every day, in fact - they cleaned up 3 times, then they just came and took away the garbage. I really like to live in cleanliness, I had to maintain cleanliness myself. A trifle, of course, but the sediment, as they say, remained. We chose "Demerdzhi" for the same enthusiastic reviews, but realized that they were mistaken literally on the same day. "Veranda", sauna and billiards do not work, you don't have to tune in right away. I will make a reservation, they are not spoiled abroad, but comparing the rest in Anapa at the Grand Cruise Hotel, in Adler and Sochi, we do not plan to repeat the rest in Demerdzhi.
