We stayed as a couple at the very end of August 2019. We lived in a PARK ZONE WHICH SHOULD NOT BE FEARED. About check-in, food, animation, etc. - a little bit later. First, about the sea, for which Russian people mostly go.
The sea is bad. I saw a review that said that after 11 the wind starts and the waves rise + the water becomes dirty in the morning. It's like that. Sometimes not strong, and sometimes chatting in all directions. There is a constant breeze from the sea, but for me it is rather a plus - it is not so hot. The most annoying thing for us personally was the purity of the water - it REALLY leaves much to be desired. At the shore of 3 meters, nothing is visible at all. It's also muddy at depth. They took masks with them - a couple of times they made attempts to dive, but to no avail - the bottom is not visible from the word at all. Why, you don’t always see your legs. Therefore, lovers of clean water for diving, such as in Kemer, definitely should not go here overseas. Look elsewhere, seriously. It is also often dirty from the boats that constantly moor to the pier. In recent days, a huge strip of mud stretched across the sea, which for several hours stretched first in one direction, then in the other. Well, and in the appendage, the entry into the sea is DISGUSTING. I never complained about it, I didn’t know about corals - but it’s really really unpleasant here. The stones are either small or large, there is no sand at all. In this regard, the pier was very helpful - cool stairs were equipped, many went down them. Well, be prepared for different temperature layers due to the mountain river nearby - everyone writes about this and it has always been. But against the background of other shortcomings, this is perhaps the least of the evils.
The pool on the main territory is one large + there is a paddling pool. Bass Normal. A nice bonus - a bar right in the water) This is an old feature of this hotel, but it is still cool) There are three water slides, it will be fun for both children and adults.
In the park area where we lived, there is also a swimming pool. It is smaller, but, as for me, much more comfortable.
Now about the settlement. We were at the hotel around 8 am. At the reception they said that most likely the room would be ready earlier than 14.00 (standard check-in time). After breakfast, I went up at about 10 to check if the room was ready, to which I was asked to come in an hour. At 11, again, my request was answered that the room was not ready. I asked to give us at least a card for towels so that we could spend time at sea. To which a young girl named Delik starts broadcasting in a sweet voice that they supposedly now have a beautiful, just renovated room on the main territory (she circles the building next to the reception with a pen on the map) for only $80. And we can go there now. And he gives me the keys to this room with the phrase "go look." Well, for the sake of interest, we went. The room turned out to be really good, only the balcony was just meager (like all the balconies on the main territory) and we absolutely didn’t want to pay extra $ 80, because. We took the park area on the basis that it would be QUIET there. We return to the reception. We give the keys with the phrase "Thank you, no need." To which Tatiana Delik takes out new keys and says "Well then, go look at the number of the park zone" and circles the farthest building of the park zone with a pen on the map. We thought we were just being shown the TYPE of the room. An ordinary room, but wildly dirty, dark, a balcony overlooks the wall, and behind it is a road along which constantly loud trucks drive. We were terribly tired after the flight and did not think that they would give us this particular number, so we returned to the reception and agreed to leave the park area anyway. And we are told this - well, if you like it, go there. When we asked why it wasn’t even tidied up (there are some light bulbs in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, dirt on the floor), we were asked - “Seriously??”. In general, as we understood, this is their number for intimidation, in order to squeeze people into a normal room for a surcharge. Remarkably, a porter boy went to show us the room for an extra charge (although we went there light), but no one even helped us carry our suitcases to the park area))) We spent the night in this nasty room 3005, we didn’t sleep normally because of the roar of cars, besides, it was the 1st floor and you hear all the sounds of people rising above perfectly)) In the morning we went to the guide Anatoly (if you fly from the coral - rejoice, your guide will be cool!), told the situation, he said that This is normal practice for this hotel. I spoke again with the reception and we were immediately given the keys to the room in another building, also in the park area. Room 2813 is excellent. On the 3rd floor, right under the roof, a large balcony overlooking palm trees and a mountain stream. Quiet and comfortable, renovated.
In general, with this whole story I want to say that there is no need to be afraid of the park area - it is beautiful in its own way! All in greenery, quiet and cozy. To the sea from the room 7-8 minutes. But be prepared for the fact that you will be persuaded to a room on the main territory for an extra charge (I saw at least 3 more families who were offered to move and hinted at money), although I probably would not want to live on the main one. Of course it depends on the body. But in the evenings, all the music from shows and discos is heard, but in the park there is silence. Someone wrote that it is far away - from the reception to the entrance to the park - a minute or two, depending on which step to go. Further depends on the case. We reached the restaurant in 4-6 minutes))
Food. From 7 am early breakfast, from 7.30 - 10.30 - regular breakfast. The menu is typical for a Turkish five. From 10.30 to 11 there is a late breakfast in the snack bar. Further, from 12.30 to 17.00, they also serve pizza, burgers, various snacks, chips, noodles, french fries, etc. From 17.00 to 19.00 there is nothing, although it was at this time that I always wanted to have a bite (lunch at 12.30, and ends at 14.00! ). From 19 to 21.30 dinner. Ice cream in the park area at the bar all day, in the main from 12 to 17, like at the zoo (they also give it for dinner every other day). What surprised me - there is no usual theme in the evenings. Once Mexican cuisine was vaguely visible, another time - Italian. But it was not as pronounced as we used to observe. We did not notice the Turkish night at all. In general, you will always find something to eat for every taste. Any meat - beef, fish, turkey, chicken. Side dishes, vegetables, desserts, sweets - in a wide range. There are also 2 trips to the fish or Italian a la carte. Were in Italian, very good.
Beverages. We are cocktail lovers, so I heartily recommend the Poseidon bar - right by the sea, next to the Chill-tent: D If you go, you will understand what I mean) Available: mojito, pina colada, sex on the beach, cuba libre, hacuna matata and bloody mary. The taste of the cocktail depends on the bartender!!! Wine for lunch and dinner is freely available in bottles, I don’t want to pour it. Also in the bars you will find whiskey - rum - gin - beer, etc. For every taste, in short.
Animation. Standard. All sorts of exercises, water aerobics, yoga, archery, beach volleyball, water polo, evening shows every evening, mini disco ... Nothing unusual.
Great kids club. Therefore, there are very, VERY many children in the hotel!
There is a zoo and a recreation area next to it. Beware of roosters :D
The hotel area is large and green, BUT! for some reason the shadow is LITTLE! it sometimes strained, especially in the very heat, when they returned from dinner. There is much more shade in the park area.
Excursions. Who likes to leave the hotel for a day to unwind, I recommend Dalyan - an excellent leisurely excursion. Impressions are wonderful. But! at the end, they bring it to the store for a wine tasting and then they start selling a bottle for $25 (or three for $60). Don't get fooled. Between the main and the park area there is a road to the Botanika hotel, 2 minutes along it - you will come to the minimarket. There is the same exact wine - $ 13. Lukum in that store is $35 per kg, in a minimarket - 12. Lokum is exactly the same, from the same company. The seller, at the request for a discount, reports another 300 grams of Turkish delight)) There are also a lot of souvenirs, various bathing accessories, a whole stand with towels and so on. Just no clothes. It's better to follow her into the city. But I do not advise you to go from corals. They provide a free and individual transfer, but the prices in the store just fly away (men's T-shirts are 40-50 bucks and more - those who are not in Turkey for the first time, I think, understand that this is ultra expensive).
Summing up, the service part of the hotel is very lame, especially the reception. But the rest was still a success, because. we were positive. I will add a little advice to those who are already going there - pavilions are rented on the beach (and not only), the cost is $ 28 per day (from 9.00 to 19.00 approximately). Such tents with a thatched roof and pillows inside. Take it, you will not regret it, an incredible buzz, especially on the first line (they took the second pavilion, which is in the middle). The price includes service - during the day they bring you lemonade, fruit, ice cream and a bottle of champagne :)

Because we don't drink alcohol, would like more options for non-alcoholic cocktails. There are plenty of sodas - cola in glass bottles, two types of schweppes, fanta / sprite ... But among non-alcoholic cocktails there are only two drinks: pina colada and sprite with orange juice. I had to mix and compose myself. It was not very convenient to lift the stroller to the 3rd floor (we were offered to leave it downstairs, but somehow it was not convenient, because all the things were in the basket in the stroller ...), but the room was with a large terrace.

Great location - there are no hotels around, the entire coastline is yours, thanks to this you do not have to wear uncomfortable bracelets. A wonderful large green area - there is where to walk with a stroller and a baby during daytime sleep. For example, we sent our dad to activities, while we ourselves walked towards the bar near the zoo, where we enjoyed ice cream (from 11:00 to 17:30 every day) and cheese-meat cakes to the enchanting sounds of the crowing and cooing of local birds, sitting in shadows of banana and pomegranate branches on comfortable benches. The zoo is generally a feature of the hotel - the son (1.5 years old) was chasing chickens in full and followed the sheep and goats with interest. There are also parrots, pigeons cooing in cages, rabbits jumping and iguanas climbing. In the evening, again, it’s nice to take a walk after a rich and diverse dinner along a well-lit area (every 2-3 meters along the paved paths there are lanterns), sit on benches in the rose garden and walk along the pier to the very edge, lie down on sunbeds and look at the strewn the stars of the sky (they saw the milky way). Beauty! There are many activities in the hotel: 2 times a day beach volleyball, archery, rifle shooting, darts, water polo, football, morning exercises (like yoga) - we went to everything, everything is well organized, interesting. Free access throughout the day table tennis, tennis, basketball, football, boccia, mini golf. Fitness center from 8 am to 19 pm. Throughout the hotel, a jogging route is marked with yellow arrows, with a distance of 1200 m. We were lucky with the weather, there were no big waves during the week, the sea was quite calm, we had plenty of swimming. The water is clean, from 7 to 10 in the morning - crystal clear, schools of fry are visible, and from a deeper pier - and rather medium-sized fish. Entrance to the water - large pebbles alternate with dark gray-brown sand. After 11 a breeze blew from the sea, it was pleasant in +35-degree heat. Meals - varied, very tasty, beautiful, everything is fresh, a lot of fruits, vegetables, high chairs, a blender, microwave ovens, a dietary table.

Rested with her husband and one year old child in the hotel in June. On the plus side, I can say that the hotel area is large, beautiful, clean, lots of greenery. Variety of food in the main restaurant. The rooms were cleaned every day. The main disadvantage for us was the sea and the entrance to it. The sea is not entirely clean, the entrance is pebbly and rocky. Since the hotel is located 17 km from Fethiye, we thought the sea would be cleaner. I had to go to the beaches of Oludeniz, where the sea is excellent in terms of entry and cleanliness. But we rented a car, on public transport, I think you need to change bus 2 to get there. Swimming pool one for adults, the second for children. Not enough for such an area. Sky-high prices in the hotel for professional photography. Photographers are not quite experts in their field. And one more thing, this is a club hotel, and there are no elevators in the buildings. At first we were settled on the 3rd floor in a distant building. With a child, it was not very convenient to go up to the 3rd floor, the stroller had to be left on the first floor. Then they asked to change the room closer to the restaurant and pools and on the ground floor. Changed, but not very pleasant nuances arose in terms of service. In general, a good hotel. Mostly families and the elderly. But in my opinion, the cost of living in this hotel is too high. Wouldn't come again. Excellent hotel for families with children. Who is looking for privacy - the hotel will not suit you, except in the early-late seasons. The territory is beyond praise, an abundance of food and drinks. We never crossed paths with our neighbors, there was no noise from neighboring rooms, which is good news)). The staff is friendly and busy all the time. During the rest there was a hitch in the Italian restaurant - they waited a very long time for the dishes to be taken out. Everything went great in Italian. Sauna is free, nohamam is paid (it's free to just sit in the hall). In general, they were satisfied with the rest. Ps.. The Internet on the territory is bad, so anyone who wants to combine work and leisure by the pool or the sea will not succeed.

I strongly do not recommend visiting this hotel, I will explain the reasons below.
I write in order of impressions sometimes looking ahead :)

We arrived at the hotel for 3 days to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Upon arrival, we were not even offered drinks or a chilled towel, but we were settled quickly, the dollar was not in vain.
We did not go to the room in an electric car, but our suitcase was dragged along all the paths at a quick pace. Despite the fact that we were very tired, more than 12 hours on the road and got up that day at 3 o’clock in the morning, we kept up with the boy, though I was barely with my 120 kg :)
We were given a normal room, though why there is no elevator in the three-story building, and it is very inconvenient to run up the narrow (for me) stairs, although it is done beautifully, especially the second light.

Dinner surprised us with the presence of grub and lack of food. To be clear, we are not used to the fact that 5 * hotels serve food from what was left uneaten in 3 * hotels. The waiters don’t care about the dirty dishes on the table, sometimes when you eat, a cart smelling of slop will drive up to you and take the dishes from you. Devices on the tables are laid out 1 time before the opening of the "grub". In the future, look for the devices themselves in certain places. There are often no inscriptions in Russian or English above or near the dishes, sometimes you need to walk around to read the sign.

Audibility in the room is very "good", you can hear everything that happens in the corridor, it's strange that there is no second door as in normal 5 * hotels. It was especially good to hear the fight and scandal in the next room in English.
When we were getting ready for bed, the wife discovered that on her side the mattress was somehow strangely falling through, it turned out that on her side there were holes in the mattress from the springs that had come out and there were simply no parts of the springs. I called the reception about 5 times within an hour and a half, they said that they had transferred, and then it was not their concern. When, after all, two people came, it turned out that they had brought not a mattress, but a mattress topper. The mattresses, as they explained to me, are in some kind of secret room that is locked until 10 o'clock the next day. We were also promised that tomorrow at 10-00 they will change everything and do everything. In general, at about 23-00 this mattress cover was laid, so that at least somehow you could sleep, and since you were very tired, you fell into a deep sleep until 6 in the morning.

In the morning, having taken not the most broken sunbeds on the beach, there are apparently no sunbeds on the beach, so we went for breakfast.
Breakfast did not bring anything new, all the same leftovers from a 3 * hotel. Dissolved "Yupi" instead of juice and this is in UAI in which there should be at least 1 kind of freshly squeezed juice in the morning. Freshly squeezed juices are in the canteen, but for some reason they are paid. From food normal pancakes, but there is no normal jam. There is no butter, only spread. Sandwich grills are dirty and apparently never cleaned, only made sandwiches once. In normal hotels, they are not only cleaned, but also wrapped in foil. I can’t say anything bad about the scrambled eggs, normal. Here I have another question, why put sausages in hot tomato juice? It's tasty? I tried it, abomination. I really like tomato juice, but sausages are disgusting. Potato slices apparently do not know how to cook, it is not tasty. French fries are normal. No brewed coffee for breakfast. There is also no waiter service for breakfast. They are simply not interested in you, even a tip does not help. All the same dumps sometimes drive up to you and take away dirty plates from those tables where people have long since left. In the dining room itself and even on the street it is extremely stuffy and humid. Looking ahead, just before our departure, fans were installed, which somewhat alleviated the situation.

Returning to the room, we realized that the room had been cleaned somehow. Those towels that were on the floor were not replaced. The bath was dirty. Why the cleaning lady took those two extra sheets that we had difficulty begging for in the evening was completely incomprehensible, we had to look for staff and again beg for something to hide.

I went and ordered an a la carte on the DR of the wife in guest relations, and also ordered a bungalow / gazebo for 25 euros, they said that the gazebo would be ready by 9-00. I asked the staff not to screw up at least here.

After all the hassle, we went back to the beach, went into the sea exclusively through the pier on the stairs. It is impossible to enter the water from the beach due to the fact that there are very large pebbles in the surf line. The sea is wonderful, the water is clean and warm early in the morning.

Dinner was nothing pleasant. let's skip the duplicate negative. I will only add that there are no pastries and confectionery, again "cakes" from semolina soaked in sweet water.

Animation seems to be at the level of the hotel, so it was clear that people like it. Looked a little and went to bed

Breakfast, beach and at 9-05 we approach the gazebo that we rented for this day. Towels should have been made by this time. Empty .... and the neighbors too, I'm going to understand guest relations. They tell me that we have passed everything and nothing else interests us. After the scandal and citing as an example a miniature "about a coat" brilliantly played by Arkady Raikin, a Pole and Lithuanian, who is extremely hostile towards Russians, she deigned to go with me. After another 15-20 minutes, the gazebo was ready. We decided not to spoil our mood, although the bungalow is old but comfortable, it would be nice if it had a small fenced area, as it was due to the lack of sun loungers and space on the territory. people are constantly trying, despite the lying towels, to drag them away or lie down on their sun lounger nearby. They brought freshly squeezed juice diluted with water, it is determined simply, leave it to stand and the water itself will separate from the juice.

We had lunch at a snack bar, the most normal food is cucumber, tomato and onion salad and fast food, but not panini. It would be better if paninis were made to order, they are dry, there is nothing more to add to the sauce and inside.

In general, on the territory of the hotel, the most delicious food is prepared near the zoo, these are tortillas with cheese and spicy tortillas with meat and ice cream there all day.

After dinner, fruit was brought to the gazebo, surprisingly very good, not like in the canteen.
slept right in the gazebo, if alone or with children, then you can very comfortably accommodate.

I ask the hotel administration to wash or change the covers on pillows and mattresses after each visitor. Lots of stains from food and drinks that guests eat right in the gazebo. If it were not for the towels with which we covered the entire gazebo, it would be disgusting to be in it.

In the evening they brought an interesting sparkling apple wine.

So that everyone understands what a normal A la carte is, I will explain for me. A la carte is a Restaurant serving Restaurant food with Restaurant service. Yes, the table was decorated with rose petals, as I promised:) This is where the Restaurant ended. There is no menu, that is, what they brought is what you eat. I don’t remember if there was a salad, but as a main dish they brought a piece of meat on a pan grill with poached vegetables. No frills ... just food .... Although the restaurant is called Italian. Not for you carbonara pasta or ravioli or anything else to choose from .... or pizza with toppings to choose from .... for dessert they brought a small piece of "cake", they didn’t even offer tea or juice .... They didn’t deserve a tip .. .. In Italy, we did not feel ourselves ....
Separately, I would like to say that all the "action" takes place on the street under the noise of fans in the heat and closeness, there are also no areas for smokers and non-smokers, so they were wrapped around from all sides.

Since there was no food, I persuaded me to go to the canteen for dinner, since I didn’t eat there .... it was not tasty. Having dined with fruit, which we had to choose from crushed and spoiled ones, we went to rest.

The next Morning was the last in this hotel, firstly because we were leaving, and secondly because in the future we will try not to get into this chain of hotels anymore.

The morning began with a slight hassle at the reception. Since we had a late check-out, we were going to pay the bills and extend the room until a late check-out. We were denied an extension of the room due to the fact that the hotel was full, which saddened us, but it was half the trouble ... Then they began to pay the bills, billed about 300 Turkish liras, apparently expecting that they were mugs who did not have a calculator on phone, no currency converter. After counting, they asked for bill details and signed checks, after a brief altercation, it turned out that someone slipped a check to our number under a false name and not with my signature. Having paid only our check, we went to the beach to rest.

I would like to make a separate curtsy in a good way to the tour operator Intourist for organizing an individual transfer to and a cheerful guide girl who entertained us with stories on the way back.

Turning to the management of this hotel, YOU are supposedly working to ensure that people have a rest, why YOU do not have coordination of services, recruit new heads of departments from professional hoteliers, work with the staff is not carried out, God knows that the staff does not know Russian, but most even they do not understand English. Teach staff to greet Russian-speakers to say "Hello" and not "How are you." In Egypt, on my second visit to the same hotel, everyone there already said hello normally, and a local chef with whom we became friends told me in secret that the hotel hired a Russian language teacher to teach the staff at least a few phrases, thus creating comfort for their guests.
I am ready to put up with any inconvenience in the form of a noisy fan in the toilet or a dirty air conditioner in which the filters have not been washed for a long time. But useless cleaning had to be abandoned until the end of the stay by hanging a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
Take a normal Confectioner to the dining room, your country is famous for all sorts of sweets, why do you shove us this soaked semolina with syrup .... make baskets with fruit and whipped cream, make a normal biscuit cake.
Watermelons and melons were most often good, but I didn’t understand something about blanched fruits, what was it for dinner and why, or just so that they don’t go bad? I want to ask the chef of this dining room to revise the menu and recipe, as well as write on the plates what kind of dish it is and whether it is spicy or not. Not everyone can and not everyone eats spicy food. And also pay attention to what the kitchen releases into the hall.
Stop bringing garbage dumps to the tables at which YOUR Guests eat, you don’t do this at home with people you respect, let the waiters move a little more and take the dishes from the table to the trash dumps and not on a tray, but in their hands. And then they mostly stand and laugh while watching something on the phones. By the way, phones are a separate issue, forbid your staff to carry the phone to the workplace, let them be handed over before the shift, it distracts them from their duties

Pay attention to cleaning the beach and sun loungers. Most of the sun loungers on the beach are broken, the mattresses are dirty and old. Also, there are clearly not enough sun loungers and sea lines for such a large hotel.
