For the convenience of tourists in Sharm el-Sheikh, literally everything is thought out. Monotonous cuisine, often undercooked rice. The food is mostly not tasty. There is a narrow beach line 1.5 km to the beach. The bus to the beach goes every 30 minutes but without a schedule, usually it's faster to walk. But the beach at the bottom, back tired to go uphill is not very convenient, you sit waiting for the bus, the bus is open, if the wind blows everything along the way. Disgusting dirty sun loungers on the beach. I do not understand why the hotel monitors the territory but does not monitor its beach. At 17:00, when the sun is still shining, people are being kicked out from the beach and sun loungers are folded. That is, from 10 to 16 the scorching sun, and at 17:00 you have to get out.

Very terrible Animation team, I propose to replace them completely. The girls look so drunk (except for one), it's even scary to give them children. And the biggest disadvantage is vacationers from Ukraine (not all, but 90% for sure). So they spoil the whole picture of the rest. Arrogant, cunning, they drink every day like horses. In the restaurant, because of these Ukrainians, the queues are terrible, they are gaining so much food that food runs out quickly and it takes a long time to wait for a new portion. They occupy the sun loungers on the beach from 6 in the morning, so it is simply not realistic to sit there. The Egyptians themselves are already hanged from them, waiting for the Russians. And the most interesting thing is that the price of the tour for Ukrainians is 2.5 - 3 times cheaper than for us. For example, my tour completely cost $ 2,600, and for them a similar one cost $ 860. So think about it.

The number was on the second line, in new buildings. Very beautiful and large area, very kind staff, good service. The diving center on site is very good. The food is delicious, varied, a lot of meat. Fruit was also plentiful.

We rested for 11 days in September 2018 together with my husband. The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well-groomed, the room was near the reception, large, with good repair. The reef is very beautiful, the fish corals are not worse than in Ras Mohamed or Dahab, just swim away, to the left, behind the buoys. In September, there were many locals among the vacationers, many Ukrainians, a little Belarusians, it seems only us from Russia. Someone was annoyed by the locals, but not us. People are like people, only they cannot swim and sunbathe in clothes (women). Well, some behave as if they just got off the camel, but you must admit that boors are found among ours. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry. True, fruit is not enough. Ice cream is paid. A wonderful girl Nadia, a Muscovite, works at the reception. Very responsive, thanks to her, she quickly resolved any of our questions.

We had one sad moment. We ordered a transfer from the hotel and early check-in. arrived in Sharm el-Sheikh at night. Nobody met us, they took a taxi. They did not settle us at night either, we persuaded and offered money, it was useless, and slept at the reception. The room was checked in only at 8 am, though without additional payment.

We rested at the Hilton Hotel together with my husband in September 2018. They settled us in the main building of the 1st line. The room is large, freshly renovated, a huge bed and a large plasma screen. A comfortable corner for tea drinking: a table and 2 armchairs. Safe, refrigerator, kettle, iron board and iron, hairdryer, air conditioning - everything worked properly. Linen and towels are snow-white, cleaning every day. Meals are like everywhere else in Egypt: fruits cut in syrup, juices like Yupi, beer and non-alcoholic. Meat, chicken, fish, several side dishes, salads, delicious cakes and pastries. The best thing here is the reef. Swim only further, to the left, behind the buoys. Extraordinary beauty. Those who love snorkeling and diving are here for you. We would like to express our BIG gratitude to the representative of Hilton Nadezhda. Several times they turned to her with different requests - issues were resolved instantly. The number of places under the umbrellas on the beach is not enough, you had to get up early to take a place under the umbrella! I kicked about the coral and found out that the first aid kit on the pontoon had no funds, except for iodine, cotton wool and a plaster. The first aid kit must contain a complete set of first aid supplies! There are few waiters in the restaurant, I waited until the dishes were removed and the cutlery was served on the table, and sometimes I went to get the cutlery myself. The 1.5 liter container for water is very inconvenient (10 years ago there were 0.5 liter bottles. The bar on the beach did not work during the day, on hot days of my vacation it was far from going to the bar to take a drink. The beach is small, but it's all in the description of the hotel, we knew where we were going. But on the rocks there are several levels of sun loungers, there were few people, so sunbathe wherever you want, there were no problems with that. Towels on cards could be taken both on the beach and by the pool. On the penultimate day, the child lost the card near the pool, they did not find it, so they just gave us a towel (the staff is loyal, we did not have any dislike for anyone). At each pool and on the beach there is a lifeguard all day and watches the swimmers, but at 18-00 swimming ends .. There is a slide in the children's pool, adults can also go down on it, but it is small, works from morning to evening. And more about the sea - the first time we encountered jellyfish there. The food is very monotonous, on the fifth day I already wanted something new. Delicious fish, cheeses, beef. From fruits - dates, oranges, bananas, grapefruits, apples ... but everything is cut. Honestly, I didn't want to go to Egypt anymore. The sea is good, but I was terribly bothered by "racial discrimination". When they jump to the Arabs and Europeans, but they don't seem to notice you. And every year it was expressed more and more clearly. But my wife made a gift for the anniversary (although I insisted on a restaurant) and did not lose (although I chose the hotel, and not by chance, and not based on reviews).

Staff

The staff are great. Most likely, the work of the Hilton network management affects. 6 years ago I was vacationing in Hilton Waterfalls - everything was also great. Absolutely no discrimination. There is no distribution by the color of the bracelet - the Europeans are one color, the post-Soviet space is another. Arabs and children have yellow bracelets (no alcoholic ones). Everything is in the queue at the bars and in the restaurant. Many are outraged that they gave one glass at a bar. ONE saw this! times when there is a large crowd of people at the beach bar. But this was most likely due to the lack of glasses. And so that everyone has enough to set such a rate. So sometimes it is just humanly necessary to understand minor inconveniences.

Room cleaning is also excellent. They did not just make the bed and twist the elephant, but wet cleaning is carried out. The glass door to the shower room was rubbed to a mirror finish. Yes, they left a dollar, although this is not at all necessary. But this is not because I wanted a quality cleaning, but simply for human reasons. After all, employees receive very little money.

Once there was a small incident - they hung only one face towel. So that there were no complaints when checking out, I immediately turned to the reception. We apologized. They said that they did not have time to deliver clean linen from the laundry and they would fix everything.

I'm not particularly picky about food, so I will not paint too much. There were crabs, squid, tuna (although the wife said that she would have cooked tuna better). They always came to eat in the second half. There was always enough. We did not experience a shortage of anything.

Sometimes, of course, I had to wait a little while they cleaned and set the table. But believe me, waiters don't walk around the hall. They run. The large settlement may have affected.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. According to the rules, check-in takes place at 14.00, but we were checked in at 11.

The flight was in the evening. No one took off the bracelets after the number was returned, so the bars can be freely used. Left the towels before leaving the hotel.

Territory

The territory of course loses to the previous hotels in size (I'm talking about the 1st line. On the second - a large territory with a huge, but shallow, 110cm pool). Quite densely built up. But in every free area, everything is planted with greenery.

Pools

They are kind of like 4. One with a water slide. But deep, 195cm, only central. The loud music in the central pool was a bit straining, but after a couple of days I got used to it and even dozed off to it.

Great, spacious room with a good bathroom. Maybe we got one of course.

I will not describe all the other advantages. they are in previous reviews. And even so, the text turned out to be large.

Now about the cons (and he is the only one). Hotel management, if you are reading my review, pay attention to the cleaning of the beach of the coastal zone. In the morning, at high tide, the "traces of cultural recreation" of pigs in human form are washed into the sea. Cigarette butts (although there are ashtrays), plastic and paper cups, etc. Honestly, it was painful to look at this sight when this “mixture” is floating over the pontoon in crystal clear water. Where it goes afterwards - I don't know. Can be caught with a net. I would remove sun loungers and umbrellas from there. Maybe the "tourists" would not be so foul.

There is a good saying: "You can take a person out of a village, but not a village out of a person." Residents of the countryside, if you are not the kind of pigs that leave behind mountains of garbage, then this is not about you. Believe me, there are many more of them in the city.

This is my 6th visit to Sharm. All in different hotels. Not because it was bad there, but just by nature I am, to try something new. But in this hotel, most likely, I will return.
