Tourist destinations for Russians.

The editors present the results of a study of the preferences of Moscow travel agencies. We found out which tourist destinations were the most popular last summer.

As expected on the eve of the summer season, the picture of geographical preferences of tourists remained virtually unchanged during the summer. In the context of the ban on the sale of tours to Egypt and Turkey, two Mediterranean countries - Greece and Cyprus - took the first two places in the top sales of travel agencies.

These two destinations accounted for exactly a third of the votes of Moscow travel agencies that took part in the survey, but there were also other favorite countries.

Greece 19,8 25,3 ▼ 5.5
Cyprus 12,7 7,0 ▲ 5.7
Tunisia 11,6

Spain 9,7 10,3 ▼ 0.6
Russia 9,5 1,9 ▲ 7.6

*The table shows the popularity rating of destinations prepared by the BANKO Service based on the results of the summer 2016 season. It is presented in comparison with similar studies done following the results of the summer 2015 season. All data was obtained during a survey of top managers of more than 600 travel agencies in Moscow. Representative samples were compiled based on the BANKO Service database.
The total number of mentions of all directions was taken as 100%.

At the same time, Greece's rating decreased over the year. At the end of the summer of 2015, the direction gained over 25% of agent preferences, now - only 19.8%. The reason for this is probably due to problems at the start of the season at the consulate -. It got to the point that some tourists had their trips canceled. As a result, the direction suffered a serious image blow.

Cyprus found itself in a more advantageous situation in this regard. Despite the relative high cost of the holiday, thanks to the easy visa, it has attracted much more agent preference than a year ago. The popularity of Cyprus also had a downside - demand was so high that during the season there was practically no need for tour operators to issue special offers and reduce prices.

However, the real triumph fell not to Cyprus, but to Tunisia. This North African country was not even included in the ranking a year ago, as it was influenced by the consequences of two high-profile terrorist attacks. And at the end of the summer of 2016, it immediately received 11.6% of agent votes, taking third place in the rating - for the first time in the 19-year history of these studies. We can say that the security of resorts is now at a higher level. But, most likely, the price factor worked - tours to Tunisia were offered by tour operators throughout the summer at very attractive prices and, in the absence of Turkey and Egypt, became a good option for those who like to bask on the beach.

Two more countries were predicted to be in the top five. Russia and Spain shared fourth and fifth places in the ranking. The combination is unusual and at the same time symbolic. Holidays on the Black Sea this year have become an alternative to the Mediterranean. who had previously traveled to Europe or Turkey. Some chose Russia for financial reasons, others because foreign travel is prohibited for certain categories of citizens. What conclusions these tourists made for themselves is a topic for a separate article. For now, let’s record the result: Russia’s rating increased by 7.6% over the year. But in Spain it remained unchanged.

Let's list other countries that have definitely benefited from the presence of restrictions on sales of tours to Turkey and Egypt this year. These are Bulgaria (+3.3%) and Montenegro (2.5%). In addition, judging by the rating in which “winter” countries appeared, last summer tourists were more willing to travel to Thailand, Vietnam and the Dominican Republic.

It is interesting that, despite restrictions on charter flights that were in effect until the end of August, Turkey was also included in the ranking of popular summer destinations. Thanks to the fact that the ban on the sale of tours on regular flights was lifted in July, the destination received 3.5% of the votes of Moscow travel agencies - real proof that under any conditions, holidays in this country will be in demand.

How the survey was conducted

The survey of travel agencies was conducted in August on the professional portal TourDom.ru. Market participants were asked to identify the most popular tourist destinations, as well as name the tour operators with whom they most actively collaborated.

It is worth remembering that at the beginning of autumn 2015, Russians were looking for tours to Egypt (37%), Turkey (9%), Thailand and Vietnam (5-7%), Finland (4%). A small group of tourists thought about Italy, Greece, China and GOA, as well as the Czech Republic and Israel. A series of terrorist attacks in Egypt and Tunisia, political battles with Turkey, inflation in Russia, as well as the increased value of the currency have forced Russians to take a different look at outbound tourism. According to the head of Oleg Safonov, the reduction in outbound tourism flows at the beginning of 2016 will exceed 40%.

There is no substitute for winter Egypt - in price and temperature - they say in the tourism industry.

“At the moment it’s difficult to talk about an alternative in the same price category. Some hotels in Sochi offer service according to this scheme, but prices differ significantly from Egyptian and Turkish ones. Although the situation may change,” commented Vera Pershina, regional director of the search engine for tourists KAYAK in Russia and Poland.

The resorts of Tunisia have similar climatic conditions. However, the flow of tourists to this country decreased due to the fact that on June 26, 2015, a terrorist attack occurred on the beach of one of the hotels, as a result of which 38 people were killed and 39 were injured, including one Russian.

At the end of December, the Tunisian authorities announced that they would financially support Russian charters and compensate them for part of the costs, and also promised to strengthen security measures.

Tunisia is ready to receive up to 500 thousand Russian tourists. Previously, about 150 thousand Russians chose this direction. By the end of 2015, the flow of tourists from Russia to this country had decreased to 50 thousand people.

In other destinations, demand among Russians for tours to the UAE, Thailand, Vietnam and India has increased. Also, information appeared in the media that several popular hotels in Dubai offered Russians special accommodation conditions - discounts of up to 40%.

If we talk about replacing holidays in Turkey, then there are more alternatives: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Spain and Greece, where Russians will go in the summer, despite the weakening of the ruble. These countries offer all-inclusive hotels with beaches, and some tour prices are very attractive.

PR Director of Tez-Tour Larisa Akhanova, in an interview with Gazeta.Ru, said that the top 3 holiday destinations for Russians in 2016 will include Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. She noted that

Greece is the most budget-friendly European destination, offering tourists all-inclusive hotels.

Trips to the island part of Greece will be in demand precisely through a tour operator, who collects the “constructor” for the tourist from flights, transfers, accommodation, visas and insurance. Traveling independently in this case will cost much more.

“Greek hotels, despite the activation of other European markets, offered favorable contract prices for 2016.

The consulate also promises to issue three-year visas to tourists with a good visa history,” says Larisa Akhanova.

Cyprus is a safe European country where you will not have any problems with a visa when traveling to it: Provisa (visa with a simplified issuance process) is issued literally within an hour. In addition, the island has rich tourism opportunities, and the season suitable for recreation lasts from April to November.

“Bulgaria is seriously targeting Russian tourists and has made a number of important statements regarding the visa regime. From January 1, 2016, the price of Bulgarian visas for tourists from Russia will be reduced and will be €10 instead of €35, and visas will be issued to children under 16 years of age free of charge. In addition, Bulgaria has no plans to introduce biometrics. This direction offers a lot of recreation options: balneology (treatment with mineral waters - Gazeta.Ru), excursion programs, pilgrimage tourism, gastronomic and wine tourism,” said Larisa Akhanova.

Resorts in Cuba, the Caribbean, Maldives and Seychelles remain accessible to Russians. However, these destinations have never been very popular among tourists from Russia due to high costs and long flights. Therefore, in 2016, holidays in these countries are unlikely to be widespread.

Due to falling demand, small and medium-sized tour operators are leaving the market. According to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), the number of outbound companies decreased by 70% in 2015.

No one predicted the pre-New Year blow to the largest tour operators that work with Turkey.

Back in mid-December, the Deputy Prime Minister assured that new bankruptcies of companies were not expected in 2016: the state would help them if they abandoned foreign countries and refocused on the domestic market. In her opinion, Russian tour operators feel quite confident and today many companies are reorienting themselves. “We help them with this. And we will create additional preferences for travel companies, especially for those who are now refocusing on domestic tourism,” said the Deputy Prime Minister.

The crisis in the outbound tourism industry plays in favor of domestic tourism.

And the Russian authorities openly say that citizens of the country should spend their money within their own state. Thus, on December 16, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea launched a promotional website to attract tourists for the New Year, the department’s press service reported, citing its head Sergei Strelbitsky. The site suggested changing the stereotype and opening all the facets of the New Year in Crimea. Tourists were presented with a carnival, adventures, a disco night, and a TV show. Following the hashtags #svetdali and #boring, the website featured the slogan “New Year holidays in Crimea - an affordable alternative to traveling abroad!” In connection with the energy blockade that the peninsula faced in December, information spread in the media about the mass refusal of tourists to book hotels for the New Year holidays in Crimea. However, later, on December 16, the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea stated that this information was of a custom nature.

Also on the same day, Rostourism launched the national tourism portal Russia.travel, the project of which began to be developed in 2013. The site presents the main attractions and historical places of various Russian cities, interactive maps, descriptions of traditions, crafts and trades, photographs, routes, excursions, as well as other information useful for tourists.

“The portal should become an effective marketing tool for promoting domestic tourism products in the domestic and foreign markets, to strengthen the image of Russia as a tourist country,” says the head of Rostourism, Oleg Safonov, who sold two houses in the Seychelles in 2015.

The resorts of Kuban are also taking leading positions.

Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Krasnodar Territory Evgeniy told RIA Novosti that many of our compatriots have not been to the resorts of Kuban for 10-15 years, or even never. “And now we have the opportunity to show how the level of service, the quality of roads, accommodation facilities have changed, to show the diversity of our display objects, excursions, entertainment and extreme parks,” said Kudelya.

However, very disappointing forecasts come from ATOR executive director Maya. “All market professionals understand: those who traveled to Egypt need a low price, this is key. We do not have these low prices, and, unfortunately, apparently, the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea are expecting such an influx that they are already ready to raise prices by 30%. This will simply kill the season,” says Lomidze.

Summer is just around the corner, so it's time to think about vacation. In addition, there is still an opportunity to save up to 20% of the tour cost while early booking discounts are in effect. For some tour operators, the early booking promotion ends in April, and for some already at the end of March. Plus, the exchange rate has dropped a little, making it profitable to book tours now. If interested, write to me in PM, I’ll help you choose options. Well, if you haven’t decided on a vacation spot, read the article and add yourself as a friend, there are many useful posts about vacationing with children ahead.

1. BULGARIA

I have already written about it in detail in separate posts, so I will not repeat it.

Briefly about the advantages: budget compared to other countries (although the concept of “budget” this season is extremely relative); most hotels operate on an all-inclusive basis and have excellent children's infrastructure (water slides, animation, mini-clubs, etc.); flight about 2.5 hours; Most of them have good sandy beaches with a gentle slope into the sea.

Minuses: not particularly picturesque nature and sea; many tourists on the beach in July-August; Parents should be more attentive, because... there are many cases when children catch rotavirus and all sorts of infections (of course, you can catch it anywhere, or not at all... but I recommend following the minimum rules - it’s better to swim in the sea than in the pool, don’t eat fruits that have been cut up in the heat ; the peak of infections occurs in July-August)

Visa: A visa is required for adults and children over 6 years of age; If you have Schengen, you can enter via it.

When to go: the season begins at the end of May, but with children I would advise going from June 10th or early July. By this time the sea will have time to warm up, there will be no crowds of tourists yet. I do not recommend the second half of July and August.

Approximate prices: The average price of a 10-night tour to an all-inclusive hotel with children's infrastructure and animation is 100 - 150 thousand per family (with 1 child). This is in June (in the first half of the month it is cheaper, prices rise towards the end). And of course it all depends on your needs. You can also find a cheap hotel with breakfast or half board, without entertainment, and save a lot.

2. CYPRUS

There are also posts about other resorts (click on the Cyprus category on the side and read).

Briefly about the advantages: long swimming season; there are many good hotels focused on family holidays with children's infrastructure, a number of hotels offer all-inclusive holidays; children's entertainment in the resorts of Cyprus, such as water parks, amusement parks, an excursion to a donkey farm where you can ride donkeys - children are delighted! Good beaches (Ayia Napa and Protaras resorts)

Minuses: not the most budget resort, prices within the country are in euros, which is not particularly encouraging with the current exchange rate; July and August are too hot.

Visa: very simplified visa entry for Russian citizens! A pro-visa is issued in 1 day (via the Internet, you don’t need to collect documents), it’s free!

When to go: Cyprus has a very long swimming season. Some people swim in May, with children - in early June it will be normal, but in September-early October it’s absolutely paradise! You should not go in July and August, because... It's too hot.

Approximate prices: on average, a 10-night all-inclusive tour to a children's hotel with animation, slides and a mini-club in June will cost 150-200 thousand for a family with a child; on half board - 110-160 thousand. You can save by going to an apart-hotel and cooking yourself.

3. GREECE

Greece is a wonderful country for a children's holiday! In the near future I will write about it in more detail, with a review of hotels, resorts and entertainment. Add as a friend and follow the news!

Briefly about the advantages: beautiful nature and sea; Greece is rich in historical sites; children's infrastructure has been developed both in hotels and outside; there are hotels that operate on an all-inclusive basis and are family-oriented; For a holiday with children, I advise you to choose the islands!

Minuses: except that prices are in euros within the country

Visa: need a Schengen visa

When to go: The ideal time to visit Greece is June and September; It’s hot in July-August, I wouldn’t recommend going; The climate also depends on the region, the warmest is the island of Crete.

Approximate prices: a tour to Greece to a family hotel for 10 nights on All Inclusive and half board can be purchased from 100 to 180 thousand on average; but add about 15 thousand more to this price for visas and travel insurance! Of course, as elsewhere, you can find hotels both cheaper and more expensive... depending on your needs. Soon I will write a post about hotels in Greece in detail.

4. SPAIN

Spain is a paradise for children! There is a huge amount of entertainment there, which is not enough to describe in one post! Follow the news, I will definitely add information on Spain soon, I have accumulated a lot of this information! As usual, we will consider resorts, hotels, entertainment, and attractions.

Briefly about the advantages: This country has a huge number of advantages! very diverse entertainment, Port Aventura alone is worth it, boys who love football will be interested in visiting the FC Barcelona museum; many attractions; a large selection of resorts for every taste; the island of “eternal spring” Tenerife, where you can go even when the summer season in other countries has already ended; and much more

Minuses: The only downside is the prices... inside the country everything is in euros and is not cheap; tickets to many entertainment venues can reach 20 - 45 euros per person.

Visa: you need a Schengen visa, which means you will have to collect a decent list of documents

When to go: it all depends on the resort; for the most part the best months are June and September; July and August can be too hot and crowded with tourists; on o. You can fly to Tenerife in October-November; the air temperature there is comfortable even in winter, but of course it’s not an option for swimming; and on the Costa del Sol it can be cool to swim even in June.

Approximate prices: in Spain, for the most part, hotels operate on a breakfast or half board basis, but there are also all-inclusive options; the price varies greatly depending on the hotel category, type of food and resort; you can find a tour for 90 thousand or 200 thousand (plus visas). I'll talk about prices later when I write a post about hotels.

5. MONTENEGRO

Another popular country for holidays with children. I will write more about it very soon. Well, for now, briefly.

Briefly about the advantages: favorable climate and beautiful nature; good beaches; friendly locals; reasonable prices within the country, you can have lunch/dinner outside the hotel on a budget; there is something to see; short flight.

Minuses: There are few hotels operating on the All Inclusive system, and in general the hotels are different from those we are used to in Turkey and Greece, for example. Apartments and mini-hotels - villas (there are several rooms in a villa) are common here.

Visa: if your stay is less than 30 days, a visa is not required

When to go: in June or the first half of September! July-August is too hot and crowded; good places to relax would be, for example, Becici, Sveti Stefan, Budva can be a bit noisy. There will be a separate post about the resorts.

Approximate prices: there are few hotels with an all-inclusive system in Montenegro, and such a vacation will cost approximately 150-200 thousand for 10 days per family; but, in my opinion, this is not necessary there, because... You can also eat outside the hotel quite inexpensively. In mini-hotels you can buy a tour much cheaper with breakfast.

Also this season, holidays in Russia, but I’ll be honest, I’m not strong in this and won’t write about it. I believe that for the same money you can go abroad and get a better quality vacation (of course, there are different situations and not everyone can travel abroad).
And, of course, there are a number of countries where you will have a wonderful holiday, for example Italy or Croatia. You cannot write about all countries in one post. I may write about them later.

Let's try to objectively figure out which destinations to choose in summer and autumn for a long-awaited vacation and which hotels you can trust.

Cyprus

The island of Cyprus has become the most popular destination among Russians this season. Mild climate, simplified visa process, Mediterranean food, European culture - there are many reasons for this. Ancient Paphos, respectable Limassol or dynamic Ayia Napa, which is called the second Ibiza because of the incessant club movement - everyone will choose a destination according to their needs.

In Cyprus, on the one hand, everything is simple and clear, just like in Turkey - almost everyone will understand you, even if you communicate in Russian; on the other hand, Cyprus is Europe, with its lifestyle and high level of service, and hotels in Cyprus, as a rule, are far from the concept of the classic all-inclusive.

The most famous hotel in Cyprus is the Four Seasons, located near the center of Limassol. A luxurious hotel with a huge territory belongs to a private owner. After a recent renovation, it began to look even more amazing. At the entrance, against the backdrop of the famous futuristic ball, which glows with neon lights at night, crowds of tourists take pictures.

Four Seasons Limassol is located right by the sea - the hotel's own sandy beach is the most well-groomed area with lawns, lawns and silent service. The green area with gardens, terraces and fancy swimming pools is home to many bars, restaurants and cafes where the city's elite come for lunch and dinner. Limassol's best spa, Shiseido, is also located here, under the roof of the Four Seasons.

The neighboring hotel is Mediterranean Beach 4* - one of the best options for choosing a holiday in Cyprus in terms of price and quality. For lovers of glamor, the Londa boutique hotel will suit you, where everything - from art rooms to the creative presentation of dishes from the chef - is purely aesthetics of the highest standard.

Türkiye

Whatever one may say, Türkiye was, is and will be the most popular destination among Russian tourists. Of course, Antalya or Kemer immediately come to mind for our compatriots, and every self-respecting tour operator will offer tourists thousands of options for Turkish hotels in these destinations. However, it is wrong to think that Türkiye is a country only for mass tourism. Some hotels in this direction will give even the most luxurious Dubai counterparts a head start. For example, the oldest, most beautiful and most atmospheric city in the world, according to most authoritative travel guides, is famous for its many luxury hotels. Thus, in May 2013, a hotel of the famous Shangri-La Bosphorus chain opened in Istanbul. As you can guess from the name, the hotel offers the best view of the Bosphorus in the city - the fantastically beautiful panorama has become the main subject of tourist souvenirs. Literally a stone's throw from the hotel is Dolmabahce Palace, and a few minutes' drive away is the elite district of Nisantasi, where boutiques of prestigious brands are located, as well as the best restaurants and clubs in the city. In addition to the impeccable location, Shangri-La Bosphorus has many other advantages. Considering its Asian origins, the hotel does not even try to appear European-style, reserved and primly arrogant. Here, undisguised luxury is felt in literally every detail - from high-quality service (the staff is ready to fulfill literally any desire of the guest) to the breathtaking chic interior and unimaginable table setting during dinner.

By the way, two of the most fashionable restaurants and the best bar in Istanbul are also located under the arches of the Shangri-La Bosphorus hotel - IST TOO with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and the Cantonese Shang Palace are adjacent to the elegant Le Bar - the most brilliant crowd gathers in the local lounge. For those who like to swim, there is a huge indoor pool, which is why the Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel can be visited even in the hottest summer. After your water treatments, you can head to the first CHI spa in Europe.

For those who still prefer classic Turkey with its vital hospitality and an understanding of fun and comfort very close to our mentality, we advise you to choose hotels without fanaticism - for example, the famous Adam & Eve hotel in Belek may be a good option - Of all the areas of Antalya, this one is famous for its spacious white sandy beaches, picturesque eucalyptus and pine forests and unique fauna. The Royal Adam & Eve Hotel offers the idea of affordable luxury - on 100,000 square meters there are several snow-white villas and a main 6-story building, designed in a futuristic spirit - at nightfall the hotel lights up with multi-colored lights.

Royal Adam & Eve is ideal for a holiday with a large group - a rich daytime program and parties until the morning with sets from specially invited stars of the world club scene - such a holiday makes Belek a favorite place for young people. The signature feature of the hotel is the luminous bar counter, 96 meters long. The design of the spacious rooms matches the external surroundings - minimalism, an abundance of glass, mirrors and plastic, multi-colored lighting.

UAE

In the summer, in Dubai, as in all the United Arab Emirates, only extreme sports enthusiasts relax - the thermometer here is often at 50+. At the same time, at all other times of the year it is hardly possible to imagine a more comfortable holiday. Dubai is loved by those who are accustomed to comfort and appreciate the benefits of civilization - the tallest buildings in the world, the most luxurious clubs and restaurants, the most expensive cars and yachts - these are the signs of life in an emirate popular among tourists. At the same time, choosing a hotel is complicated by the fact that when you search for “the best hotels in Dubai,” a huge list of options appears, and almost all of them are of a really high level. Here is the famous “Sail” (Burj Al Arab), about which there are legends, and huge skyscrapers in the financial center, and the real palace Atlantis The Palm - the first and only entertainment resort of its kind in the United Arab Emirates, located in the heart of the legendary Palm Island. The resort opened in September 2008 and remains a unique project and more than just a hotel. Atlantis is a huge center with parks, shopping areas, the famous fitness club with advanced Technogym equipment and Dubai's most famous water park, Aquaventure. In addition, suitable for honeymoons, family holidays and parties, the resort offers entertainment in all directions - it has one of the best nightclubs in the city, first-class restaurants (Nobu, Ronda Locatelli and Rostang), and fantastic spas -clubs, and the famous Atlantis Kids Club, which will become a paradise for every child.

Unless you want it yourself, you won’t have to leave the resort, especially if you become a happy guest of one of the signature suites - the underwater Poseidon and Neptune, the walls of the bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking the lagoon, or the huge Royal Bridge Suite, which occupies a record 924 square meters and connecting the east and west towers of the resort. In addition to Arab sheikhs, this abode of luxury was chosen by stars of the first magnitude. A special fan of the hotel is Kim Kardashian, who, of course, stays only in the most luxurious hotel room.

Another legend of Dubai is the One&Only chain hotels. This brand is first and foremost when it comes to exclusive experiences and the ability to treat the most privileged guests. Here the likelihood of meeting a world-class star is higher than anywhere else - celebrities know a lot about the best treatment in the world and the cosmic level of comfort. There are two hotels of the legendary chain in Dubai - One&Only Royal Mirage, which is located overlooking Palm Island Bay and the Persian Gulf, and One&Only The Palm, which, as the name suggests, is located on the famous man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Water taxis run between the hotels - so, guests of the hotel on Palma can go to dinner at one of the 13 Mirage restaurants. However, the signature feature of the hotel at One&Only The Palm is the restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno, one of the luminaries of the culinary world.

As for One&Only Royal Mirage, this hotel is called a true song of the Arab tradition of living well, but in the most elegant European sound. The Arabian palace is surrounded by the greenery of fantastic gardens, its own beaches and golf courses. The huge territory resembles a real city and is divided into three sectors: the palace, the Arab courtyard, and the ESPA residences/spa center. Despite the fact that the One&Only Royal Mirage hotel is proudly spread over a vast territory, it is not located outside the city limits - from here you can reach the Emirates Golf Club in 10 minutes and in 20 minutes from the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, the tallest building in the world and the main attractions of Dubai. The rooms here are also sophisticated - in addition to luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies overlooking the garden, there are even private patios.

Another world-famous hotel chain, the Ritz-Carlton is luxury at its best. Experienced travelers say: “Don’t know which hotel to choose in an exotic country? The best and safest option is the Ritz. These hotels keep their brand always and everywhere!” In a word, “Ritz” – and in Africa “Ritz”. Of course, the Dubai Ritz-Carlton is a special story. In contrast to the soulless futuristic buildings made of concrete and glass, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai seems to be an oasis of beauty and spiritual luxury - local low-rise buildings in the Mediterranean style against the backdrop of huge skyscrapers attract newlyweds and lovers under their arches - here is the best place for wedding ceremonies and honeymoons . The most romantic hotel in the United Arab Emirates seems small and cozy against the backdrop of skyscrapers, although this is only an illusion - a spacious terrace with white tents has become the setting for hundreds of beautiful weddings. The hotel is also appreciated for the fact that it ingeniously adapts any cuisine of the world for guests - be it Mediterranean cuisine, Arabic or Asian. The hotel's special highlight is the La Baie lounge overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Montenegro

Previously, holidays in Montenegro were considered quite democratic and unpretentious, but today it is a prestigious destination, where yachts moor, music thunders and pretentious clubs open. At the same time, in Montenegro it is quite possible to find both adventure and solitude - the pristine beauty of nature, the purest Adriatic Sea and the special European flavor create conditions for escape, including from reality. The most popular holiday destinations in Montenegro are Dobro Voda, Becici, Budva, Petrovac, Tivat and Kotor. The Old Town area has survived to this day in almost medieval form, and in Budva it is more compact than, say, in Kotor. The stone buildings of the historical center of Budva overlook the marina with yachts - and if you wish, if you are not afraid of the noise and influx of tourists, you can find apartments right in the Old Town.

When going to Montenegro, most tourists book apartments - this is the format of vacation that allows you to immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of this amazing country. In addition, in addition to renting, many of our compatriots choose Montenegro to buy housing - a high standard of living and relatively low prices make staying here very comfortable. From the simplest and most affordable room options in coastal areas to luxury buildings like the Dukley Gardens luxury residence complex, there are options for every taste.
